Easy 5 minutes walk from the station and 10 minutes walk to Petite France. All the people on the reception desk were polite, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and wonderfully quiet especially as we had a street room on the first floor.

Excellent location, near the train station and Petite France. Everything was easily accessible on foot. The staff was very helpful and friendly and gave me many tipps and suggestions about restaurants, bakeries etc On the top floor you have to take the stairs, because the lift goes up to the 4th floor only. It was warm, because the room was on the attic but not warm enough to turn the air-condition on

I had an absolutely delightful four-night stay at Hotel Saint Augustin. The location is impressive, just a five-minute walk from the train station and only ten minutes on foot from the city center, offering both convenience and a welcome sense of calm away from the hustle and bustle. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm and quiet. My room was very clean, with a spotless bathroom and comfortable bedding. Above all, the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to my needs, which added a warm and personal touch to my experience. A special thank you to Amine, Erwan, Noah, and Tara for making my stay so memorable. Nothing to mention here. I couldn't have asked for more: Warm hospitality, quiet comfort, and a perfect location.

Very clean, very nice staff and very helpful. Large choice for breakfast in sweet and salt. A very good hotel for its price. One light in the bedroom was blinking constantly. We figured out a quick temporary and didn't bother with the reception as it was late, but no doubt they would have helped.

Staff were fantastic! really polite and helpful. Its in an ideal location, just a few steps from the train station, which also has a tram stop if you wish to use this as a means to get about the city.
