The AC was noisy, the wall in the room and bathroom had a humidity stain , when taking a shower the water splashed outside the bath area . Good points for receptionist customer service and location.

The location of the hotel is perfect, if you need to be near the train station. It is also very close to Petite France and all the restaurants/ city centre shops. Clean and refurbished, friendly and helpful staff! They gave us a nice corner room with balconies, which was lovely. Very quiet too. Can't fault anything.

The hotel was located close to the train station and the old town. The staff were very helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was nice and the room comfortable.

The hotel was very nice, staff is friendly. The room was big with a large bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Great location, close to all attractions. There was a problem with the heat in the room. We had to use a heater that hotel provided.

Good location, cleanliness, polite staff, everything was working alright. The bathroom was quite small (was expected in France), the floor in the shower-slippery, water pressure in the shower was low (I guess eco regulations), the towels were not changed during 3 days of stay. In general some renovation would be preferable.

Great location, easy access to train station (under 5min) and easy walk into Petite France and old town (10min). Breakfast buffet was small and traditional but there something for everyone (who doesn’t want cheese for breakfast). Staff were friendly and helpful. The shampoo/body wash combo and no moisturiser.

Location not bad. Breakfast OK. Room was smaller than expected. Perfectly fine but not as good as expected for booked room type and price. Room was meant to have one double and one single bed, actually got two singles pushed together. Toilet wasn't in bathroom and didn't have a sink, so had to go between rooms to wash hands.
