Correspondence from staff prior to arrival. Meeting upon arrival and assistance to car park. Nice rooms. Great location and good breakfast. Nothing to dislike

Most friendly, pleasant atmosphere. Exceptionally friendly staff. Great room. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Good location overall, but the stay was let down by the hotel’s refusal to provide an invoice with my company details and VAT number and the complete lack of help from Booking.com in resolving the issue. I’m extremely disappointed that the hotel refused to issue an invoice with my company details and VAT number, something I’m genuinely surprised can still happen in Europe, especially with a booking made through Booking.com.

Friendly staff, renovated inside, feels like new. Good value for money. Close to train station and central area but neighborhood is a bit odd

Excellent room decor, furniture and bathroom quality, and very friendly staff. Location was superb. Slightly expensive breakfast, and very narrow parking garage.

Very conveniently situated for the city. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was excellent with a super shower. The underground car park wasn’t easy to get in and out of, but the staff were very helpful and at least the hotel had one!

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, good facilities in the room, very efficient air conditioning. Nothing

The room itself was spacious (which was a shock for a city hotel!) and very clean. The air conditioning in the room was just what was needed after a sweltering August day exploring the delights that Strasbourg has to offer. The bathroom was also a very good size and very clean for a city-break-style hotel… The rain shower has to be one of the best I’ve experienced in any hotel - incredibly refreshing and soothing after a day on your feet! The two ladies on reception were very polite and helpful regarding the parking situation for our campervan and they were also able to check us into our room earlier than the stated time of 3pm which was really kind after a long night and morning travelling and then parking our vehicle across the other side of the city! A small room of interest with a games table, books and fresh water was a nice touch and included historical information about the origins of the hotel. The location was perfect for us… a short 10 minutes away walk into Le Petit France and another 5 minutes to the cathedral… far enough out of the evening hustle and bustle to be lovely and quiet at night, but certainly close enough for a short stroll into the centre and back - also right by the train station for anyone travelling by train! The reception area and foyer felt a little old fashioned compared to the bedrooms which were more modern with boutique-style touches. It may be retaining some of the original authenticity to stay true to the style of Strasbourg, but the lift definitely needs an upgrade and get some air-conditioning in that area too!! The bed was a little firm, but that is purely down to personal taste.

Super friendly staff. Giuseppe in particular was very helpful. You can park the car in front of the hotel to unload the luggage. The charge for parking in their car park but it is normal as you are in the city center and it is very busy. Great size of the room and great size for the bathroom. Good size of bed! Quiet room and clean. Good location to visit the city. Very close to the train station. The building looks a big old: reception, main hall etc... however the rooms were fine. Too much light from the windows. A bit too expensive for the quality of the building. Being close to the station is a + but it is also an issue as the streets look a bit neglected.

Good location for access to city. Staff were very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good Slightly disappointed with room. I had paid for a good room but there was no view at all. Permanent shutter over window but I could see there was no view behind it. Didn't feel I got value for money with this room
