The breakfast was truly delicious with lots of variety. The carpet in the room was so stained that I didn't dare to walk around without my shoes on. The worst part was not sleeping because of the outdoor night club right outside our windows. They played music all night until 5am and the people were yelling and laughing. It was so loud, we didn't sleep at all. I won't stay here ever again.

Location Nothing much. Maybe it’s time to upgrade the carpets in the room. It did not bother me much though.

The double bed was very comfortable. The Rituals products in the bathroom were very nice . The TV was large and really good . The hotel location is 100 % The hotel’s communal areas were superb . The breakfast was really good and the atmosphere there was very pleasant . The water cooler was very useful too . This was the first time that the hotel room had an empty mini bar . Usually Novotel hotels have a really nice room mini bar . The other two beds in the family room were very basic . The parking exit to the hotel was rather complicated .

Location is great. Connected to the mall. Parking underground. Drain not flushing from the sink, moisture in the bathroom and old paint getting removed, really need renovation. Parking extremely tight, and you need to park at the right parking near to the right entrance else it is a mess. Really Busy lift often by cleaning staff. Fire Alarm at 2:00 am took us 1 hr before we are allowed to reach back the room. During the night info was that it was a false alarm, in the morning person in charge told us it was start of fire (I guess to avoid having issues with people) Crisis management was done by a security guy, who was overpassed by the event, no clear communication. The day after the person in charge just apologize, i guess you need more than apologizes if you want to pretend to be a 4 star hotel. Free water? Free breakfast as a gesture, nothing.

The front desk staff’s behavior was extremely rude. I booked two adults and two children, and they provided me with two rooms, expecting each adult to sleep in one room with one of my children. Unfortunately, I was accompanied by my sister, an additional person. I politely inquired if it was possible to book another room for my sister or add her to my booking and pay an additional fee. Their initial response was unprofessional, characterized by facial expressions and attempts to convey that I had made a significant mistake due to the hotel’s full occupancy. They informed me that they had no means of resolving the situation with me. I did not anticipate the need for an additional room, as it was an unexpected occurrence. I would have understood their position, but I wanted to inquire about the possibility. However, the staff’s treatment made me feel like I was not a valued guest. One of the staff members rolled her eyes, raised her voice, and even shook her head repeatedly until my husband intervened. I was at a loss for words and unable to respond due to the constant talking and interruptions from the front desk staff. It was as if I had caused significant damage to the hotel. Finally, another female staff member took over the situation and offered to assist by searching for other nearby hotels with available rooms. In the end, my cousins, who had also checked in to the hotel, approached the staff with her husband, who is French. Surprisingly, they agreed to add her to their two rooms. We were disappointed by the attitude and tone of the staff, and most importantly, at midnight, 3:00 AM, the fire alarm sounded. Everyone rushed out of the building, and we remained outside. They did not even feel the urgency to check in with the guests or engage in conversation. We waited until everyone had returned and began asking questions, and they assured us that everything was under control and that there was no cause for concern. The employee who works in the front desk. Very rude and disrespectful to guests.

The location of the hotel is extremely good. Being connected to a shopping centre helped too with being able to access shops without needing to leave the building. The room was very clean and well set up. Bathroom was also extremely clean. It is also child-friendly.
