Exceptional location right opposite the hotel, cosy room right at the top of hotel... just lovely Lift only went from first floor... so wide spiral staircase, bit of an issue with large suitcase then once we came out of lift, more steps to negotiate before getting to cosy room. Not a lot of help from reception in trying to order a taxi back to station... poor show.

The location and view of cathedral from the room. Wardrobe a little tight. It would only have been possible to use the full length mirror by moving bedside table and phone.

The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located just a short walk from both the metro and train stations. The location is excellent and makes it very easy to get around the city. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The air conditioning was not working, and although I reported the issue, it was never fixed. I had to sleep with the window open because the room was too hot, but I ended up getting bitten by mosquitoes. I had booked a room for one person with a queen-size bed, but instead I was given a room with two single beds for the same price. The breakfast was also quite poor for a 4-star hotel. The bread was stale, and there were flies in the dining area, which was very unpleasant. The only downside is that there is no elevator to the first floor. The staff kindly helped me carry my suitcase upstairs when I arrived, but when I checked out, I had to carry it downstairs by myself. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay, and I expected much better from a 4-star hotel.

Location is amazing My windows were at the inside of the hotel and people passing through the corridor have direct vision of my room, so the curtains had to be closed all the time
