Excellent hotel—very clean, comfortable, and well located. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. It’s also not far from the city center and the cathedral. Overall, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended!

Nice suite with comfortable beds. Impressive size of rooms and bathrooms. The bathroom alone can hold 6 people doing different things if you like. The area at night can be intimidating. Some arrests with heavy police presence....but maybe it was only a bad weekend night.

Terrible smell on the carpet and towels, a tiny gym with two outdated machines that is a complete joke, and an unexpected fee for the sauna that should be clearly stated on Booking—standards must improve for a four-star hotel.

Room was clean but a bit on the small side. Location was convenient for the station. Breakfast was expensive - there are cheaper options in the centre. Bathroom in our room was pretty basic and tucked into the corner of the small room. The front doors were always locked (presumably to avoid unwanted visitors wandering in) which gives you an idea of the area the hotel is located in, close to the station, although we had no particular issues.

Reception staff were exceptional and extremely helpful going over and above their duty. Location is perfect and very central as it is across the road from the station and within minutes walk of the old town. I would highly recommend staying here. The cleanliness of the room could have been better and the daily cleaning was almost non existent and certainly no hoovering was done. We had to ask reception on a daily basis to replenish our tea/sugar/toilet roll which the cleaners should have done. If this is improved it would have been a 10 out of 10 stay.
