Reviews

The location was halfway between the train station and the old town, so quite convenient. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The air conditioner was very noisy, which was a problem because the weather was hot and we therefore needed to have it on overnight. The view, which was of an internal yard, was not appealing. The room had a somewhat cramped feel.

Hotel impeccable.

Great location within walking distance of most things we did. There was an excellent breakfast with lots of options and local cakes., The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom was great. Nothing

The location is great for the railway station (appr. 5 mins) and is just a stonethrow from the main tourist area. The hotel was perfectly clean (rooms and the common areas as well). The breakfast was superb - a great variety of hot and cold, sweet and savoury food in the cosy and comfortable dining area. The staff were very helpful and truly kind - a big thank you to all. The check-out time is 12, which is really generous. You can, however, leave your luggage in a safely locked room if your train leaves later. All rooms are equipped with AC, privilege rooms come with a Nespresso coffee machine, and guests have access to the coffee and the fresh water machine in the lobby for free. All in all, great value for money. -

The location, tea and coffee provided in our room, and the excellent breakfast The room was an attic type and I hit my head once.

Excellent location, a few minutes' walk from the train station and within minutes of the historic district. Very comfortable rooms, plush towels, totally quiet despite location on busy pedestrian street. Free coffee and filtered water station in lobby available 24/7. Very good breakfast and attentive service. Overall, exceeded expectations and a very good value. Note: although the hotel name includes "Petite France", it is not located in the Petite France area, rather a short walk from it. Accor hotels (Ibis and Mercure, for example) appear to have a policy of no check-in prior to 3 p.m. Upon my 1:30 pm arrival, reception staff said, "of course, there is the usual 3 pm check-in". The front desk clerk did, however, make an extra effort and found a room available after only a 5-minute wait.

Everything! The staff were helpful and attentive…the bed and pillow were most comfortable and breakfast was varied and set me up for a day of walking. There are no negatives for me!

Very friendly staff and good enough location. Also very clean The room was extremely small for two adults. The pillar in the middle of the room made moving in the room very difficult

I only stayed for one night, but I was very happy with everything. The breakfast was superb, and I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable room (at least in the annex part of the building), comfortable bed, all very clean and well kept, and air conditioning was working flawlessly. The hotel is a 2-minute walk from the train station, so very convenient for arriving and departing by train. Staff friendly and helpful. It was a short trip to Strasbourg and pleased to have picked this hotel for my stay.

Staff, large bathroom, location and breakfast were all excellent. Comfortable beds and truly appreciated how quiet it was. Having crepes for breakfast was a real treat. Appreciated the free coffee too, nice touch. No fridge, which was needed with the hot weather. Air conditioning needed a remote control and illuminated the room.
