It was very close to the cathedral and the tram. The staff was very helpful and courteous All was good

The front desk attendant couldn't have been more helpful. She suggested a great restaurant for dinner and arranged a taxi to take us to the train station in the morning. Such impressive customer service! Hotel is located right by the cathedral which was a bit busy and noisy.

It was very central. It did not appear to be a 4-star hotel. The downstairs lobby was nice enough but the room we stayed in was dark and dreary and a bit shabby. The decor was so dark, lightbulbs were out, scuff marks here and there, the room was cramped and the bathroom just ok but in need of an upgrade. We are also comparing to the two Diana hotels we stayed at during the vacation which were also 4-stars but were bright and modern. The staff were just ok apart from the morning breakfast lady who was lovely. It just smacked of a hotel charging 4-star prices due to location. To be honest I found the location too much as it was heaving with humanity but that’s not why I’m marking it down. That’s just my impression.

Toothpaste and a toothbrush in the room would have been nice.

The power outlets were a bit sketchy and need some restoration.

Location was perfect. Staff were helpful and nice, especially storing our baggage while we visited the city after we checked out and until we went to the train station. They also called a taxi for us for the train station. They recommended a restaurant that we loved.

The location, staff, and breakfast. It didn’t seem like the rooms were very clean and the parking situation was rough.

Location Our bathroom could have used better lighting, but we also had the room next door and the bathroom was well lit so it may have been just the one room.

Everything was perfect! The room was spacious and super clean and the view was amazing! Def reccomend staying here!

The family rooms are two level with a narrow staircase. Hard to get large bags up (we ended up leaving them at the lower level landing). Not a big deal.

Staff and location are good. For a 4 star hotel, the condition of the rooms was very disappointing. The hotel does not appear to be fully renovated, and upon entering the room it felt as though no updates had been made for a long time. The towels were discolored, the furniture was in poor condition, and the walls were scratched throughout the room. The flooring was old and dusty, creating an overall impression of poor maintenance. Additionally, although not directly the hotel’s responsibility, the heating and water heater turned off during the night, and the room temperature dropped to 16 degrees by morning. No complimentary breakfast, tea, or even basic amenities were offered, which is unexpected for a 4star property and gave the impression of a lack of professional service.

We were right in the heart of the Christmas markets and the Cathedral. Our room was very well appointed and on the backside of the property, overlooking their courtyard. This made it very quiet in the evenings, as the markets were incredibly crowded during weekend days. Nice quiet area at the back of the hotel entrance, which gave us a chance to unwind after the markets. The only negative was the buffet breakfast for 17 euros each. We decided to try it for the first morning of our stay, but were very disappointed. Many of the selections were depleted early and were not restocked. There were minimal choices available for the amount charged. We chose to eat in local patisseries for the following 2 mornings, and enjoyed those much better.

Wow, the cathedral right outside your door and teddy bear street. Lovely hotel. Room excellent, balcony overlooking the courtyard. Rooms spacious and clean. Reception staff very helpful and curtious. Would definitely recommend. N/A
