The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was wonderful with comfortable bed. A good hot breakfast set us prepared for the next leg of our journey.

The hotel is located next to a highway, and only a few minutes from the Old Sturbridge Village, so it was easy to get to on our way. The room was clean and comfy. There was no light next to a mirror, so when your partner is in the shower, you can't put on makeup, as there's not enough light in the room.

The room was a nice size and very clean. Thd pool area was also well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the check out time being 12 instead of the usual 10 or 11. Made for a relaxing morning instead of a rushed departure.

It’s close to the freeway but that’s a plus for us since we were cruising through to New Haven CT. Comfortable beds. Clean and thick bathroom towels was a plus. Friendly staff at check in. Honestly, nothing.

Good location Our room originally smelled like Clorox snd was 66 degrees. When we rinsed the Clorox out of the shower, the room had an overwhelming odor of wet dog. Management never really apologized and reduced our rate by 15 %. Some Hampton Inns are great, This one was expensive and stinky. Not recommended!

location was close to my destination, They didn't deliver on adjoing rooms as promised for our group. The room 205 A/C was noisy and barely functional. hallway carpet and elevators are shabby/dirty. Pretty disappointing, for what the room cost.

We were extremely disappointed with the pool and hot tub. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because they had a pool and hot tub. Both the pool and the hot tub did not look clean at all especially the hot tub. It looked filthy. We were shocked that such a facility would allow an amenity like that to be so disgusting looking. We did not go in either one. The whole time we were there we only saw 2 children in the pool. It would help the hotel immensely if they fixed those two items to be clean like other hotels.
