Nothing The reception has no idea about their own hotel and the rooms. The first room was not cleaned after the stay, the house keeping forgot to clean. So they gave us another room. The underground parking was too narrow, many maneuvers to park.

Very good location and great staff. The rooms are simple but clean. I didn’t try the breakfast. There was no air conditioning or mini fridge in the room. We stayed in July, and although the hotel provided a fan, it was very noisy and didn’t move much air.

No air-condition at triple room but staff gave us ventilator to help.

Short 1 night stay at a great hotel. Convenient location, great & clean room, delicious breakfast.

Clean, new

The property is undergoing upgrades and is very clean and new where it’s completed The only downside to all the ongoing improvements is that morning sleep is not possible due to banging and furniture moving, etc. going on

Location is the only positive perspective about this hotel Staff was friendly but not helpful at all , Like they are friendly but they cant help u if u need em . Hotel has some renovations or whatever happening , so water source is not working , ok because they notified it to be off since 11 to 15 o'clock But water came back only at 16:09 . Also Towels are not stored in the wardrobe or laid on bed , no instead they hang them on a rail in the bathroom , little contact and they are on the floor . Amazing , I asked reception guy to give me new ones . But Nuh Uh . Reception is not Housekeeping so no new towels for you , Me personally I am Manager at B&B Hotel in Freiburg , and no matter the time , if you ask any employee about new towels you will get them in all amounts and sizes , apparently not here . Sound isolation in room is a different story . I couldn't sleep at all . Noises on the floor are echoing straight into your ears . Overall disaster . 3/10 only because of the fact that room was actually clean and location . Would not recommend what's so ever . Maybe some of you may say ,, Huh, if you work in B&B why wouldn't you book a room there , short answer, B&B's are located outside of the city .

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Parking garage was rather difficult to negotiate with a bigger vehicle so ended up parking in the street. I was still charged for parking for 3 days.

Actually nothing. Of course, it is not a five star hotel, but the price was great. I will come back!

Unfortunately the elevator was not functioning and my room was on the 5th floor.

Worn carpet

Good location and value for money. Polite staff. Big rooms. The cancelation policy is flexible. The carpet had so many grey/black stains everywhere, the kind that can't be cleaned and just needs to be replaced. The cleaning staff did a good job but the carpeted floor and other furniture are quite worn down and need to be renovated.

Breakfast was great. Rooms clean. Staff was cheerful and attentive. The only problem was the location. It’s located on a busy urban street in Stuttgart. At 0730 the morning, the day we were checking out, a garbage truck pulled up somewhere nearby and made a very loud racket. It was an incredible disruption to mine and my sons sleep. I know that the hotel cannot control that, but in the spirit of honesty, that downgrades the location. See previous paragraph. A loud garbage truck rousing myself and my kids at 7:30 am.

Locations 10-15 min walk away from the center. Breakfast super!

Room was very warm and stuffy despite having a fan running in the room. Would not want to stay there in the heat of the summer.
