Could do better on the carpets and bathroom cleaning.

If you are taller than 177sm, the bed in the room might be small for you??

Due to the location and the service provided by the staff, it was a great value-for-money choice.

Location and staff Loud a bit due to construction site

Super fast check in and check out. Great location with trams and busses right in front of the hotel. Plus you can also walk there, if you don't mind. A late night kiosk is around the corner as well as a few places for food and drinks. The furniture was a bit dated and the bed was on the small side. You can also hear other people from the walkway, but not to an annoying amount.

The receptionist can be more friendly and informative

There was no water, coffee or fridge in the room.

I found a hair on the pillow which is kinda disgusting. The bathroom is small but for one person it was okay. Room is also small. I opened my 29 inch lugguage and there's no place to walk.

-The rooms itself was bit clean. The bed sheets had hair on them. -The Toilette was not perfectly clean -one of the towels had a brown spit on it -the receptionist didn't want to change my room and only offered that the housekeeping lady changes the sheets again. The whole room cost 70 Euro for the bight and to extend 3 hours for a late check out i had to pay 30 euros more The reception is only open till 10 pm

Amazing room with balcony, good location, clean room

When I arrived, the staff member was FaceTiming his friends and barely looked up. I repeated myself twice and then he finally noticed I was there, didn’t even end the FaceTime call but continued talking. Once I got to my room I had a shower and when I turned the tv on it was smashed. Couldn’t see anything. I had to go back downstairs to let them know, he told me I could change rooms but I had already unpacked and I just didn’t want anything to do with it. Annoying for sure.

The hotel receptionist Mr. Vinicius was welcoming and professional. He booked me a very beautiful room. He also gave me a very informative insight on Stuttgart city. I found that very helpful. The room was extremely clean and exceptionally organized. The window has view on the street. I was very content and therefore want to thank the hotel management for such a great experience.

There were too many noises during my stay. First some weird one coming from the roof (maybe a pigeon?) and then a group of young people was extremely rude and loud until 2am. I'm not aware if the receptionist did something about it.
