Very cozy, great outside facilities, excellent location for parents of student in Stuttgart University, breakfast was delicious, it was a great place to spend the Easter Holidays visiting our son leaving in the dormitory I liked everything!!

Location , quiet, parking, clean. Nice for a night to stay - we had a party quiet near. Good communication through booking.com emails / messages about keys- codes. There is no 24 hour reception but set times Room 14 had a strong smell , like glue? We opened the window at night. Nr 12 had no smell.

It was five minutes away from work. The room was clean. The radiators were cold and there was no hot water. The electric water kettle was rusty. The room phone didn’t work. The bed blankets were old and one had a tear. We had to walk outside to the other side of the building five times to tell the receptionist there was no heat and no hot water. We were freezing and nobody fixed the problem or come and talk to us about our complaints. We had to send our complaints to Booking.com because the Hotel wasn’t helping us. After intervention with booking.com we had heat and hot water.

Location was good for me, the environment was nice, the breakfast was fine. Friendly staff. The room was a bit too small and unequipped (one thin pillow, very small reading light, no kettle), but totally fine for a short stay.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, the restaurant served high-quality meat dishes, and the staff was exceptionally polite and professional. Additionally, the location was very convenient for my work purposes. The Wi-Fi signal was quite weak, which made it difficult to stay connected.
