It was terribly hot and staff didn’t do anything to help. I wont go back

Good location. Good price. Public parking and street parking. A bit dirty. Stains on walls, carpet and chairs.

located near mall and many restaurants, no VAT for US Government. The all in one hand soap, shampoo, body wash, was hard on hair and skin, we when to the mall and purchased body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

No conditioner in shower. Comforter seemed small.

Location was good Needed water but vending machine disnt take card. Staff was great tho.

Everything was good except the parking experience. Parking instructions. The receptionist did not explain the parking situation. He didn't tell me that the parking is actually the Schwaben Galerie parking lot and that there are not sign between P1/P2 and T1/T2. I was lost in the parking lot for a long time trying to find the elevators to the hotel. He also didn't tell me that only T2 has signs to the hotel.

Breakfast was good. No big thing, but during the stay you can leave a bag on the door for a treat, if you skip room cleaning. When I got to the room, on 3 times out of 4 the bag was empty.. either someone stole it or ... I didn't get anything. I would recommend the staff putting the bag with the treat inside the room. Internet connection dropped often, luckily I didn't need it that much . Plugging an Ethernet cable in didn't work . On the 3rd floor the hallway chairs are pretty worn. Just minor things, the hotel is still great

The check-in process was really slow. I came to the reception several times and waited about one hour for the invoice. The receptionist was very unprofessional. I didnt want to book the breakfast, but they mixed the price without informing me. i would have missed the changed price if I did not check the payment bill carefully.

It's a decent hotel, a quite good deal for that price. In a normal evening the whole neighborhood seems to be incredibly quite by 9pm -- one can even hear the trains in the far distance A very nice touch is the terrace on the second floor. The thing that I would suggest to improve asap is the pillows: too thin, too small, too soft, and so not offering any support for the head. Some of the furniture shows the passing of the time, and a bit of polishing (at least) would help.

bed was way too low for us handicapped people to get up from. Family member had hard time finding the hotel to pick us up near the lobby, couldnt find a english speaking channel on the TV.

Excellent breakfast, and breakfast staff was very friendly and professional. Sizeable, comfortable room with excellent storage space for luggage and belongings. Convenient underground parking (but note: it's 17 Euro/night extra for parking). Wifi was effectively unavailable in rooms, which is unacceptable for a modern hotel in 2025. In the breakfast area, Wifi worked fine. I would have given the hotel higher marks if the Wifi worked, but I had to leave as I was on business and it was impossible to take calls over Wifi in the rooms.

location is excellent It is important to have a refrigerator in the room

I did not like the fact that there was no signs for the hotel or hotel parking within the underground parking structure. You literally had to go up to the infor sign within the Mall gallery to find out where the hotel was. Once we found that and this was on a German Holiday and then the doors to go through where locked. Had to go around the building to gain access to hotel.

Location was excellent. Room was great. Staff was excellent.

Easy access to shops and local area. Bar only open a short period early evening. No tea or coffee facilities in room or downstairs reception.
