Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! My stay at this hotel in Osaka was a complete disappointment from start to finish. Breakfast: The same bland, boring options every single day—no variety, no effort. It felt like eating leftovers on repeat. Location: Far from downtown and main attractions. What looked convenient on the map turned out to be a hassle, requiring long walks or expensive transit just to see the city. Bicycle Theft: The worst part? My bicycle was stolen from the hotel premises. The staff never warned me about security risks or where to safely store it. When it happened, they showed zero responsibility—no apology, no solution, nothing. I had to involve the police, which wasted precious time and ruined my travel plans. Osaka was my first stop, and without my bike, my entire trip was disrupted. Room Conditions: Tiny, smelly, and outdated. The room reeked of sweat, the pillow was stinky, and the AC, fridge, and other utilities were ancient—very noisy. It felt more like a rundown hostel than a proper hotel. Staff & Management: Unhelpful and indifferent. When things went wrong, they did nothing to make it right. No compensation, not even a simple apology for the theft. Final Advice: Pay a little extra and stay somewhere else. This place is not worth the hassle, especially if you value security, cleanliness, and decent service. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Never again.

Nice hotel, but do not expect 5* furniture. We had hotel room for 2, count that beds are really small. Overall good for one night. We appreciate really nice breakfast.

I liked the cleanliness of the property as the room was cleaned each day, with the receptionist calling each morning to ask what time I would like the room to be cleaned. I also liked the array of free items by reception such as hygiene necessities and even tea bags. There was also a vending machine for both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks and the option to buy convenience food such as noodles. The hotel was also in a very convenient location, with convenience stores like Lawson and Familymart, a drugstore and restaurants nearby. There was also a metro station nearby. There was nothing I disliked about this property.

The location is great because it is close to the train which helped us a lot I would say the breakfast

Being so near to a metro stop, it helped a lot with moving from one place to another It's nice that they include breakfast, but it wasn't that good in my opinion
-
Location, is next to train station Always same breakfast
-
Close to station, many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Breakfast provided. The blankets were not very comfortable, there was no hairdryer.

We like the cleaners very humble and helpful...However we were very troubled with the management. So I didn't want to reply till this final round. We text regarding the twin bedded room in the early stage about Nancy Wang her name in the twin bedded with Serene Teo. The response from sunny hotel took 10 days to our disappointment!!! If done earlier we don't worry about Nancy..as she is senior age she felled and doctor said she torn her leg ligament. We asked for an invoice so she can claim back her room payment from insurance. We were told we need to ask from booking dot com...but we never had the invoice to now... We don't like the management and the way it took so long to reply .

Great value for money considering the central location in Osaka, with easy access to Shin-Osaka station where the Shinkansen departs (~10mins on the Metro). Lots of food options around there too! The facilities in the rooms are quite old and the rooms are small. Fine for a stop over for a couple of nights.
