The front desk guy and the restaurant staff were the only good thing about our stay. The restaurant had live music that we listed to in the lobby while waiting for our to go food. The room was moldy and smelled bad. There was a kids baseball tournament so the hotel was filled with screaming kids. That’s fine, but we couldn’t eat at the restaurant and it was making the place dirty. The parents were not giving any supervision. The pool was filthy because of this and they were splashing around so much we had to leave and couldn’t enjoy it. In fact, the hotel staff had to put a wad of sheets at the pool door because the water was coming into the lobby. The shower had poor pressure but there was a good supply of hot water.

Great music/band in the evenings and the food was good. The staff could be more helpful and there are not enough carts available for bring your belongings in and out of the hotel. There were only two and they were never at the front desk.

There were bugs in the bed and the toilet seat handle fell off. When I went to the gym, the bathroom didn’t have any soap. And when I went to the bar, they closed early.

Kodey got us checked in and even tried to help get my co worker into a handicap accessible room, which we very much appreciated. The hotel needs to be refreshed. You can tell the pipeliners have used and abused it. My room had staples in the walls and ceilings from blocking the room off with plastic, probably from a previous leak. There was a thermostat on the wall but it didn't control anything. The room was clean overall though. My only real complaint is that we were both charged $5.51 for a parking fee that was not included or disclosed by expedia and was never disclosed by double tree at check in or check out. Still waiting for these charges to fall off after calling the hotel and them agreeing to reverse the charges.

Not much It was very loud from the near highway. It was very very dirty. The bathroom was horrible. The breakfast area was very filthy and the presentation of the breakfast itself can be improved. Several items were missing and we had to repeatedly asked the staff to get things like napkins, knifes, spoons, etc. We paid way to much for this hotel.

We were very disappointed that they advertise that they have offer breakfast, but they do not specify that it is only served at the restaurant inside of the hotel. The listing needs to be more clear that it is not continental
