The staff provided excellent service and they were very kind and helpful. The room was clean but in need of repainting and updating. The breakfast area was very good and kept clean by the staff. Also there was plenty of parking on the property. It was the best value for the money in Summerville at the time we booked it.

The quality and amenities are reflective of the lower rates at this hotel. It’s very much a you get what you pay for. The staff were exceptional and the rooms clean, those are always my main focus. The pool was small, not as well maintained as the room. The breakfast was continental, prepackaged things and a waffle maker, again you get what you pay for. The water pressure in the shower was so intense it scared my 11 year old. Parking was ample. Stairs were slanted, I wouldn’t have wanted young children on them. Overall good experience for a short 3 night trip.

The staff was incredible! The rooms could use a little TLC but very clean.

There were smudged handprints (footprints?) and mystery stains on the wall. Parts of the ceiling were detached from the wall (it looked like rotting and water damage possibly). The bathroom was also questionable. The edges of the sink seemed to have mold, the tub had grime and didn't seem like it was fully cleaned. And the door had toilet paper stuffed into the peep hole. Don't be like us and try to save a couple of bucks to stay somewhere. We immediately left and booked elsewhere.

It was convenient to eating and walmart. Breakfast choices were limited.

Enjoyed my stay. We stay here every time we are in Summerville.

Spell awful in my room. My bed was probably the hardest thing I’ve ever slept on and ended up actually sleeping on the floor. The air conditioner made all kinds of noises and my key card would work when it would want to four pillows maybe one.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night but will definitely book again!

The staff was great. The property was old, but clean. No hot breakfast except for waffles. I felt it was overpriced.

Everything was great except breakfast. I found it somewhat lacking

While in this particular Quality Inn on Jockey Drive (Lane??) in Summerville was a great exception to the rule. Robert, the Manager, was very nice and accommodating. I enjoyed talking with him. The maid service was spot on. Clean towels every day, and, even though it was just me, always took their time to clean the room and make it look fresh and tidy everyday. They were really nice too. Also, you can go downstairs and have a fresh breakfast in the morning and fresh coffee all day. The only thing missing is an elevator as there are 2 floors. Robert, though, was kind enough to carry my suitcase up the 2 flights for me. Would I recommend this Quality Inn? Absolutely 😊

Clean and very nice staff. Breakfast didn't have many options for me other than bread and cereal but the coffee was good, the ice machine and water fill up station worked well. Thanks for having me!
-
Older hotel but a decent hotel for the price. Beds are comfortable and hotel is clean. Staff is nice. Breakfast is minimal.
-
Older building but clean and well maintained. We add was very polite and helpful, but hotel seemed short staffed

The rooms were clean but outdated. Fist day at check in the women’s was not friendly but other staff were nice. Breakfast was not good, only option was dried food like cereal and prepackaged mini sandwiches, we ended up getting breakfast outside because there were many options. The location was great, lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Didnt eat breakfast. Parking was fine.

Was not given a king bed that I reserved. A double bed for someone 6’5” was not adequate!
