It being cheap I guess?♂️ The rooms were outdated and small, no activities whatsoever, the hotel itself was outdated, the staff was alright but for sure not welcoming, the guest were all mostly old people, overall if you are on a budget go for it but isn't the best option for young adults who are there to have fun. And the toilet was making this super annoying fart noise every 15-20 seconds for some reason.

The complex is very well located, not far from the beach and not far from the center of Sunny Beach. The breakfast was good, even if it was not very various. The room and the beds are comfortable. 15 leva/24 hrs. for a parking place is a good price for that area. The bed sheets were nor ironed, when I arrived. A mosquito net, on the balcony door, would have been welcome.

+ Warm water was enough (that is not at all hotels). + Bed was ok. + Balcony ok. + Pool Bar and Pool ok. - No internet at Rooms (very BIG miinus). There were weak internet only reception and pool area and first floor had some. - Already old hotel, but in its Price Category ok. - Not good Breakfast.. No fruits and all sorts are ending very soon.

AVOID! Spend your money somewhere else if you don't want to challenge your nerves on this hotel! Absolutely terrible! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! This hotel used to be well managed but not any more. Very rude receptionists out there demonstrated unpleasant verbally oodles. Restaurant is with very simple and with very little options on the middle of summer. Three tipe of simple food,1watery soup and 3 simple salads. No kids meals here. Don't ask for menu on the summing pool bar. The new boy will tell you to go way and will be verbally abusive! Yes, both boys on the bar could charge different prices for the same drinks including coffee. More important- don't try to complain. There nobody will take that because most of them are related, said somebody from staff. Shocking!!!

We are only satisfied with the location and the pool The breakfast is very bad, the same situation with the crew. Every morning is the same breakfast without fruit. There is no exchange for money at the hotel, but the list with the reservation details says that the hotel has it. Internet is available only at the reception. At first glance, the room is clean, but when you go to sleep, you can see that the bed linen is not clean. There is no additional shampoo in the bathroom.
