Good basic hotel. A bit tired. Located on main road, easy to find. Parking outside, nice little swimming pool. About 8-10 min walk from beach and 25 LEV taxi ride from old town centre. Lovely staff the restaurant/coffee shop bar associated with it is good for breakfast. A little noise in the room at night.

We had everything, we were waiting for. Very late check in was available - it was woderful, because of our late plane. Enough far from the noisy touristic district, but at the same time not far from the beach and the alley for walking.

Good location, 7min to the beach, close to bus station. Cleaning performed frequently during our stay. Room was quiet and staff welcoming. Good value for money even in high season Pool and parking for customers available Poor WiFi quality but good enough for browsing in rooms but great quality in the downstairs lobby

The hotel is situated a bit further away from the center and in fact this is one of the main reasons, why I chose it - if you are looking for a some tranquility in a busy place like Sunny Beach, this hotel could be a good option for you. The area is surrounded by some trees, so you have a nice view from your terrace - at least mine was looking at the pool, where you can enjoy some greenery. The access to the beach is very easy. The room is clean and tidy. The staff is nice and welcoming. I visited the hotel one month before the high season and I believe that's the reason I managed to get some very good prices. It is a great value for your money. There was some strange noises coming from the bathroom every once and a while (most probably the pipes), which interrupted my sleep. Once the bathroom door is closed, it is manageable. The staff was informed, and I belive they will take measures to fix that issue.
