Rome Palace Deluxe

Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly and highly professional. The rooms and the grounds were clean, and the food was varied and delicious. We had a wonderful time and would recommend that place to everyone!!! None

The food was very diverse — we enjoyed Mediterranean, Oriental, Italian, and Bulgarian dishes (and the desserts were great too!). Cocktails were well mixed, and you could taste every flavour in them. Parking was included in the price, and their parking lot is big, so everyone can park without any problem. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! We had a great time and will definitely come back to Rome Palace!

We faced a few issues with our booking upon our arrival due to the rooms' descriptions on Booking. The manager Zvezdelina was very helpful and supportive. She is on top of her game, caring and service oriented, so our issues were resolved promptly. It is evident that she is the key person which is raising the bar for the rest of the team. The all-inclusive food is good and we had enough options to choose from. Overall very good value, yet for us it was the hotel manager who made the big difference. Thank you Zvezdelina.

Very spacious, comfortable and clean. The food and the drinks were good and diverse and enough regardless of the hour we reached. Location is excellent, close to the beach. Friendly staff also. The pool area is ok but a little small and there was a slight smell coming from the toilet (although we visited only once)

Everything was amazing: the room, the food- good quality, the location was perfect for a family with 2 kids, close to the beach and nice entertainment.

10 min to the beach (Hidden beach). Room was big enough, 30 mp, very clean. Meals at All inclusive was very good, exception was beer and wine (i didnt like these). The meals are also varied, every day another specifics (greek night, bulgarian night etc). The hotel looks very cool in and out. Free parking. Extra activities: a couple of days having great fun with Flamingo group, at night!! Camel park nearby! The pool was a little small, sunbeds just for 30 pers max. But the sea is near and the water was super ok (august)

Love the stay , the food and the stuff. Entertainment programs every evening , beach is like 7 minutes away. Congrats to chef , really tasty food ! Nothing

room size was okay the bed size was okay facilities were horror , toilet facilities didn't work at all we couldn't make shower after a long day, the sink was broken staff was not so friendly

Very nice hotel, amazing staff, everything was perfect from all points of view. All inclusive was excellent. The pool was also very nice. Cleaning service is perfect. Rooms are spacious. Bathroom also clean and huge. -

Very good

As an all-inclusive resort, it was perfect. The food was well-balanced and offered a variety of options. The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy your stay without being pressured into activities you didn’t want to do. It was private, clean, and provided an overall great experience. The staff was exceptional, and the animators for the kids deserve special praise as well.

Very nice food, the beach next to the hotel was amazing. Suite was very big and comfortable The pool was a bit small, It would have been great if snacks were more than 2 hours a day - but ok all in all

Everything was great, the food, hotel, cleaninless, staff. We have had a great time. I will recommend to all my friends.

Exceptional

Cleaning ladies were so willing to clean the rooms daily, that sometimes they were entering the room even with "Do not disturb" sign on.
