Price ok , parking , clean room , swimming pool , good breakfast . Small bathroom

Rooms were big ans pool was clean. We have gone to beach and facilities in beach was more than i expected.

The apartment was not clean with dirty glasses and a dirty toilet. The walls are so thin I was able to hear neighbours in their rooms and toilets. The hallway had a smell of dog urine.

the rooms was large and clean. Got stuck in the lift and soon as I arrived, I had to wait for 5 minutes buzzing to get someone;s attention the lift was tiny and to get stuck there was no ideal. The furniture is almost falling apart. Very basic, very soviet union style of the apartment. Would not stay again.

great mattress on the bed I communicated with the staff via Google Translate. The electrical outlet was poorly screwed in and the bed linen had holes.

I had really nice and relaxed stay. Nothing really bothered me. The room is big enough with a terrace, where you can enjoy your drink. My room was a bit away from the main road, so I was away from any traffic noise. The location is superb since there are many several small and bigger shops with plenty of restaurants as well. You are equal distance away from Sunny Beach and Nessebar and as such you can enjoy both by just hopping on the bus at the nearby stop. The check-in was fast and efficient. The price is OK - in fact on of the most inexpensive ones in the area. Choose this place if you are more into relaxed stay rather than party nights (it is not that you cannot have both, but you will be a little bit away from the bars).

For my purpose , just location -600m from the beach (not 100) , 3km from bazaar and 3km from old town ,the complex has potential but staff has no motivation and probably the management doesn't invest in it, i can only list what is 'working': -AC working -TV -small , few tv channels in bulgarian with static -MINI-refrigerator -sometimes working -oldschool door locks mechanical working -breakfast - as good as you can get for the money -ok for 20 bucks /night but not 50 All in all acceptable for the price , low budget , bearable if you catch a parking spot and a good room close to wifi access point , remains the bathroom ... Few restaurants but not close(~1km) for lunch and dinner, if it rains... 1.NO PARKING! the 'Free parking' advertized doesn't exist , there is a small place in front of entrance on the sidewalk just for 2 cars! 2.WIFI! the advertized 'Free Wifi' doesn't work , they have Access Points outside of hotel (2 pointing at the white building) and 3 pointing at the green one but still NO WIFI INSIDE ROOM , unless you sit in the rain at the balcony 3.MOLD! there was something in the air there that got all of us some caughing allergy ,mold is prezent everywhere, visible on the building outside , prezent in the bathrooms on ceiling and every corners , even in the pools 4.Old furniture , with scratches , squaky etc. 5.Ceramic tiles everywhere! outside in the yard , inside on stairs , hallway , inside room i wonder why they left the walls in the room without it ?‍♂️ 6.Bathroom! the fan doesnt work just spins but impeller is probably damaged or missing and doesnt exhaust the hunidity ,there is no bathroom floor drain , the only drain is in the shower cabin that is leaking under the frame and makes a lake in the bathroom,bad smell all the time urine smell from drain because doesnt have the air trap in it, they provided only one toilet paper in 1 week , 2 tini soaps made of pork grease and 2 cheapest tini shampoo samples, towels were kinda white and no particular smell this time, but nothing replaced in 1 week,water has pressure on sink but not more than warm.the shower tap was leaking so we has to bare the 'chineese drop', cabin very bsmall and full with mold ,after 2 showers i prefered wait to get home to take another one. 7.ROOM - DIRTY ON FLOOR!-hair , debrish and mold in the corners, -dirty walls and scratched paint -bed 'double king size' actually 2 singles tied toghether and very stiff not too comfy , pillows small and bedsheets with stains -no garbage bin empty in whole week , we empty ourself in the big bin located in front of hotel - to make the air breathable we keept the AC on DRY 8.

Both of us got some suspect insect bites every night and they were not produced by mosquitos because we had all the time the electrical repellent plugged in. However searching the bed sheets thoroughly we were unable to find any fly or other insect. So is still a mistery. I stayed here many years and never happened to be bitten or anything bad.

The room was lightly clean, dusty floors, in both rooms the shower drainage was horrible, almost flooded the place, cleaning time was 9 or 10 till 15 only on paper, if you put the sign to clean room after 12:00 the room will be the same as you left it.

Not many options for parking.

I liked the location and it was a free place to park. The bathroom was verry dirty, the shower door came off, the air conditioner was not working, the little fridge was very dirty, I just don't know what to say, so disappointed. The breakfast was the same, every morning, and for that value of money I was expecting something better.
