Regatta Palace Hotel

Great location, apartment with a big balcony, and two bathrooms. We had to pay for using a gym but it was dirty and of a very low standard.

For the money we paid was excellent, food was good, cleaning and the facilities.

The food is good, diversified enough for the money paid. Pool is clean and large I was able to make a little swim training. Nice view from the rooms with pool view. The personal is trying to be nice. Wi-fi was terrible. In the rooms it didn't work at all. In the lobby it worked but with slopes. We paid a lot of mobile internet. The coffee is bad, they use instant coffee and the regular coffee (served only in the restaurant and in the meals schedule is colored water. They tax you for the parking with 15 bgn/day, which is huge. They should offer the parking for their customers 1st come, 1st served, but they prefer to make profit also from the parking. The bed was uncomfortable , it's a lot of noise from anywhere, from the main road, from the hotel next to it (they make karaoke every night!!!), so you cannot have a good sleep. The gym is a joke for the size of a bathroom and charge you with 7 bgn/hour :)))).

The food was good enough. They had plenty of options to choose. The staff were polite and helpful. They cleaned the tables quickly and room every day. The wifi wasn’t working almost all the time. The room didn’t have a curtain against mosquito at the balcony door.

I recently stayed at the Regata Palace Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the attitude of the receptionist was extremely unprofessional. The staff member at the front desk, who had noticeable skin issues, was rude and unhelpful throughout my stay. I felt uncomfortable approaching them for assistance, as their demeanor was not welcoming at all. Secondly, I frequently experienced power outages in my room, which was both frustrating and inconvenient. On multiple occasions, the lights would go out, and the staff had to enter my room to fix the issue. This was highly disruptive and made my stay even more uncomfortable. Moreover, the cleanliness of the rooms was below standard. The housekeeping was poorly done, and it was evident that the rooms were not cleaned thoroughly. This lack of attention to detail further contributed to my dissatisfaction with the hotel. Overall, my stay at Regata Palace Hotel was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to others due to the poor service and lack of proper maintenance.

The food was excellent, the beach is close, as is the bus station, so you can go anywhere by bus if you don't want to use your car and struggle with parking. Towels are changed every day, clean rooms, the pool is great. In the whole hotel, the best was the sinker, who is always smiling and kind, hardworking and all praise for the guy I don't like the fact that parking is charged separately, the hotel therefore has its own rented spaces, but they charge extra for them. and a very unpleasant surprise was that they charge for a cot for babies, 6 lv per day, for a 4* hotel, in my opinion it's a shame.

Nice hotel, helpful staff. Balanced ratio of seats and guests in the dining room as well as at the bar and pool. Nice staff willing to help at any time. An optimally sized in apartment with two toilets and a large terrace. Delicious food, every day a choice of chicken, pork and fish. Paid parking on a quiet one-way street (limited number of spaces - book in advance). I recommend it for families with children. The hotel is located in a less busy part of the coast. The beach is within walking distance. We were satisfied with our stay. Some people complained about the snack (pizza) Limited time and quantity. We didn't mind, we weren't hungry and the kids still got a piece. A busy road near the hotel - nothing serious, but you won't sleep with the window open. You won't notice road noise during the day. In front of the hotel there is a crossing over the road with a button for safe passage.

I was unfortunately very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Several points negatively impacted my experience: 1. **Food and Drinks:** The selection of food and drinks was very poor. There was hardly any variety, and the quality of the food left much to be desired. 2. **Additional Fees:** It is frustrating that the hotel charges extra for parking, especially since parking is free at all other hotels in the area. Additionally, having to pay for the use of beach towels is outrageous. This should be included. 3. **Key Card:** Only one key card was issued per room. When we requested a second card, it was denied. This was particularly inconvenient since we often went out separately and had to constantly coordinate who had the card. This hotel definitely does not deserve four stars. Overall, I expected more from this hotel and would not recommend it based on these negative experiences.

The location was great, my room had sea view, unfortunately my kids and parents had the bad luck of having a room overlooking the hotel next door, and it was causing shade throughout the day. Cleanliness was good, spacious room, hot water and aircon working great. Most of the staff was friendly. The variety of food wasn't the best. Staff didn't replenish quickly enough, and most times we had to ask them ourselves if they would bring more food out. Breakfast was ok. Fitness room had a charge, so we didn't get to use it as we believed in a 4 star hotel, this should have been included in the price. Also, we had to pay for car parking extra 15 lev per day per car, although my dad's got a blue badge, they still charged for his car. We believe the Hotel must not charge its gest for the car park, again due to it being a 4 star Hotel. We do understand its got limited car spaces and this should be negated when booking with them and maybe tell its customers parking is limited. When we book, parking is important for most families, closeness to amenities, beach etc.

Very pleasant stay for my first time in Bulgaria. The food was good, the place was always clean and is a very nice area away from noise but not too far from bars and shops where there are move movement and people. Ellie in reception and Konstantin at the bar are lovely. Helpful and friendly staff. Ellie helped me with not missing the transfer as I was waiting at the wrong bus stop! Thank you ? The mattress was a bit too soft for my back but I was able to sleep okay. If you are sensitive to light in the morning, these blinds are not thick and the sun comes through in the early morning but that was not a big problem for me. The mini bar in the room was noisy. These are not big issues at all, just some details of what I liked less.
