The food was very tasty, the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a stydio room, and we were happy with the size of it, especially because we have a little girl and we need all the space we can get. The child's stay was free of charge. Overall, the facilities and the accommodation were fine for a three star hotel. If you seek an all-inclusive and low buget location, this hotel is the perfect choice. We didn't use the pool because it was always full, its size is a little too small for the number of guests. The rooms are not as nice as in pictures and we had no extra facilities like hairdrier or a kettle.

I liked the location. Value for money was great. The room was cleaned each day. Lady's at reception were nice. The food was fine for the price paid. Walking distance to the beach (5-10minutes). No mosquito net at the balcony( 5 August Sunny Beach was infested with mosquitoes) Noisy street and balcony door at room 612 doesn't close well. No hairdryer in the room,you have to borrow one from reception. Bad smell coming from the bathroom drainage. No free parking. 20 leva/day if you find a hotel parking place available or 25 leva/day city parking place. All inclusive drinks are low quality.

Very friendly staff and amazing food. Breakfast has freshly fried eggs and crepes, lots of other options. Always a salad bar with lots of cheeses, chips, pizza, meat and veges. And there is ice cream hour. The cocktails were very strong and not mixed very well

I want to say thank you to the Staff Team, they are wanderful. The hotel is located in a quiet area, very close to the beach, the room was big and very clean, the food was delicious. From our point of view everything was fine.

Everything was great! The employees are top 10, very good communication, always ready to help you with anything, very clean rooms, towels and linen changed daily, excellent food (our 2-year-old baby ate very well), diversified, fruits, biscuits, pizza for the children. it was an excellent stay, they even gave us packets of fruit and sandwiches for the road when we left. Nimic de reprosat, totul la superlativ!

All meals were exquisit quality and presentation. Poor qualitiy of wi-fi services.

It's like being in Spain . The staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean and I'm sure I'll be going there next year.
