Good location, not on the main road, but relatively quiet in terms of people staying outside the hotel and passers-by :). Helpful staff if you need anything. No kettle, uncomfortable, thick polyester pillows. Flickering, improperly functioning light above the dressing table. Not enough space in the bathroom for cosmetics, everything had to be on the sink :/, no shelves. Badly cleaned room, bathroom not cleaned during our entire longer stay, dirty toilet! :((, unwashed sink, hair in the shower, bathroom and room :((, even the mirror was not washed, had lots of stains :(. The bedding was also not the cleanest with pillows..We were quite surprised by this :/.

Very nice and cozy hotel with super friendly staff. The rooms are equipped with all you need. The reception is nice decorated. Good location if you want to be close to Cacao beach. The food in the restaurant is delicious.

New hotel, tastefully designed, clean. Everything was new or almost new. The staff was very attentive to the needs of the guests, cleaning very day. We noticed that there was no clothes rack on the balcony, we talked to the receptionist to have it brought to our room by the time we got back from our walk and, at our return, found the clothes rack on the balcony. Funny thing is that they brought us one toilet paper roll every day. We stored the surplus in the wardrobe (to avoid getting it damp because of the steam from the shower) and, because they couldn't see it in the bathroom, they kept bringing more. At the end of our stay, we ended up with 5-6 extra toilet paper rolls. The bed was very comfortable, power outlets everywhere you needed them (this is an issue in some hotels). No major issues, but a few easily-solvable maintenance tweaks could be necessary: - the faucet on the bathroom sink needed tightening, it was a bit loose and wobbly - one of the cabinet doors in the main room was lower - the faucet handle for the overhead shower head was missing (no biggie, there was also a mobile shower head, we used that one instead) - the bathroom could use more storage spaces (a shelf or a cabinet would be nice) I'm sure the staff would have fixed it had we requested it, but we didn't, as it didn't bother us much and it did not make our stay any less enjoyable.
