Great place! Not very far from the beach, like 5-7 min walk. Very nice and spacious apartment. Very clean. Great pool. Exceptional hosts. Superb value for money. Definitely will be coming back!

Extremely helpful staff and very friendly and flexible. The apartment was very clean and large for our family. We will be staying again next year.

Elevator , terrace and pool. The bed was very uncomfortable.

The balcony was spacious. I was lied to I lost the key and was told I would not have to pay for a new one. Then when I went to check out The man said he was going to take it out of my deposit. So I lost 12 lev. The place had cobwebs down the side of the sofa. In the kitchen and under the bed. Some of the other parts needed more cleaning the bathroom and the equipment in the kitchen. The chairs on the balcomy were old and not comfortable. There was only one BBC channel on the tv and that was BBC news. The internet a few days just stopped working. The bed was super uncomfortable a bit of foam on top of an old mattress. The swimming pool was a bit too cold as it did not get the sun.

Little money, little expectations, so I got pretty much what I expected. Kitchen equipment, washing machine, towels, bed linen. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, and the beach is a 10-minute walk away. The pool area was very clean and nice. The bathroom was moldy in several places, with broken furniture. The kitchen is sticky with grease, the dishes are old and overused. There were only a few lights that worked. Water sometimes flowed into the room from the air conditioning equipment. None of the beds in the living room could be opened, so it was not very comfortable to sleep on for a week.

It was my first time in Bulgaria and I absolutely didn’t regret my choice. The town Nesebar is nice place with wonderful beaches and old town. Of course I have the same well feedback about our apartment located in Sun City property. They have huge advantage which is swimming pool. Apartment is located very close to The Black See. To reach the nearest awesome beach you need walk not more 15 minutes by food. The manager of Sun City is Tatiana who is able to speak English. She was very helpful and tried to answer for our each request. During our first day our electric boiler in bathroom was broken and her reaction was immediately. Next morning broken boiler was replaced by new on. Honestly I can not see weak points. Apartment was spacious and clean. Kitchen had necessary equipment and air conditioning worked correctly. The only tiny notice is about poor WiFi signal, but it doesn’t change my very good opinion about this place. If we decide to visit Nesebar again, I will book the apartment in Sun City.

The host is kind and very professional.Apartement is comfort and clean. The location is great (6-7 min from beach).

Tatiana (the host) is very pleasant and helpful person. The apartment is good enough for its cost. Pretty close to the Cacao beach (around 10 minutes walking). Paid parking was not available (no free keys for the gate) but as it was found out it was not necessary since one could always find empty parking slot along street. Our stay would be sufficiently pleasant if windows would be capable to open in vertical direction and not only in horizontal one. Moreover there were no mosquito nets on the windows. So some part of the night was needed to be spent on hunting for mosquitos.
