It was clean The food, the plastic cups. They didn't give you mugs to make coffee or tea. They gave you very thin plastic cups, the bread was horrible.cheap food

I liked the rooms, the restaurant, the variety and taste of the food, the location, the pool, the cleanlines. So overall happy to visited the hotel. It was a surprise for me that hospitality is totally different in Bulgaria, Sunny Beach comparing to other countries I visited. People working in tourism should be smiling to guests and should be kind! I have never experienced such rudeness or frozen faces like i saw here. Probably it is a cultural thing, i should not be complaining about, but because of that I am not planning to go there again. Most likely their economy will survive without me visiting them :)

N/A They don't have hot water all the time, food was very poor and not meet the qualifications for 4 stars hotel ( very poor breakfast and about the dinner I dont even want to talk about it ) For 4 starts hotel they do not have anybody to care the suitcases , not helpfully at all for baby ( no bathroom tab or any help) Try to make a shower on 11 months old baby by holding in the bathroom Very poor staff Very disappointed I am 15 years experience head housekeeper, and that hotel doesn't not deserve even 2 stars

Great location ! Good staff. We were allowed to check in at 7a.m. and even to have breakfast on that day! The room was spacious and cosy . The pools very clean. Dinner was delicious with some new dishes added every day. Lots of vegetables and a wide choice of hot dishes . Even ice cream which was rather good . No water for drinking in the room, some light bulbs were burnt out . Breakfast was the same every morning , with very salty sausages and cheese , only one type of tea and the same cakes and fruit . Milk for the cereals was very cold ! Plastic glasses for water and juice were so uncomfortable ) As for dinner , plums and pears were served every day green and impossible to eat . Melon and watermelon were ripe and sweet though there was always lack of them for all the guests! The fitness centre didn’t work .

This hotel is fantastic! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The swimming pool is large and inviting, ideal for a refreshing dip. The beautiful garden adds a touch of serenity, and being near the beach and Main Street makes exploring easy. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay! The breakfast options were quite limited, and the quality of the food could have been better. Unfortunately, dinner didn’t impress me either. Additionally, the towels in my room weren’t as clean as I would have expected. Overall, my experience didn’t meet my expectations regarding the food.

It was clean and tidy, the staff was polite and talkative. The sunbeds were a bit dirty from the birds. The food was a bit repetative though. I wish they changed the food up a bit.

Great value for money! Very quiet and elegant hotel, perfect for kids because they can play freely. We stayed by the pool all day and it was super relaxing! Great cocktails and food! Staff super friendly and helpful! I haven’t experienced such a service in long time. Definitely recommend Everything. Staff, service, facilities, atmosphere, food, location

Everything was great. Food was delicious and there was variety of food every day. It was something like half board plus - vine, bear, water and juices are included during dinner. Also the ice cream which was great for the kid, since there was a lot of taste! It was clean. Great new playground, the nearest beach is about 300m away and you mostly pass through the shade. Would come back again! Free parking was behind the hotel, also receptionists were very kind and helpful. We had big room and sea view which was awesome since there is a terrace. There wasn’t any water slides in the kids pool, besides that everything was 10/10
