Reception team is amazing Close to the beach, a 5 minutes walk Nice pools with clean water The lifeguard at the main garden pool is totally useless ! He was not bothered by people jumping, fighting in the kids pool, having drinks in there and washing their feet with the slippers on !!!! Keep in mind, especially if you have little kids, the running water turna from hot to cold in an instant. If you are lucky to have noisy neighbors, like we did, it might happen that you will not get any rest, since the walls are really thin and can hear everything The food after 5-6 days gets boring since it is the same , nothing fancy anyway , but decent...

Large terrace on the ground floor. Ice-cream and granita Food was horrible, eatable only: watermelon, fried chips, salads. Pizza had pickled cucumbers on it! There was no meal section for kids. Drinks were diluted, there was no ice for cocktails which are even worse warm. The room was ok for the value, except the bathroom, it has an "open" shower over the toilet seat, no curtain or glass door, or something to limit it. I do not recommend it

First the receptionists were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. There is no many food options, but we always find something to eat

I liked everything..location, staff, food, facilities, very clean. It was just like the pictures...it was our 4th vacation in Sunny Beach, but it was the best of all and I realy recomand it for families.

The room was lovely it's a beautiful hotel and very clean. Plenty of choice with the food it was busy but plenty of staff so no problem. Pizza and ice cream as snacks. Excellent hotel pool was lovely. The beer seemed a bit weak but the other drinks were fine.

I like pools which are very clean, food was delicious. Every night there were a disco for kids, and different competitions for adults.The children loved the girls who entertained them very much. It was a good time spent there. I hope next year we will go again. I don't like drinks. The towels were supposed to be changed every day, but they changed them every 3 days.

Everything great. Good food, enough staff, everything was very clean, close to the beach. Overall it is good value for money.
