Sunny Day Club Hotel

Cât am stat 4 zile, nu s-au schimbat niciodată prosoapele. Am fost și anul trecut tot acolo, însă anul asta ne-au dat un apartament unde erau 2 paturi single într-o cameră, nu pat matrimonial.

I couldn't find a parking space, not even nearby. Crowds and long queues at breakfast, it happens that by the end something runs out.

Pleasant

Extremely overcrowded. They said they host 350 people, but almost everything feels to cramped for this amount of people. You will be rubbing your back to others all day long... pretty much the same as in the beach or in the streets of a Sunny Beach. No parking, we had to park in a private parking place on the other side of a street, for ~25 lev/day, which was also seriously overcrowded. One of the two rooms we took had a really bad smell. Wi-fi is not free... Staff is generally not really happy about their job.

The pool is very nice with slides for kids and enough sun loungers. The beach is at 10 minutes (550 m) walking. Rooms are spacious. Near the hotel there is a station for bus to Nessebar. Sorry to say but the staff in general is not very friendly. They don't want to give explanations to tourists' complaints. They pretend not to understand. Breakfast has the same menu every day. Only water and coffee are included as drinks with the specification that no alcoholic beverages are included in the price and no sodas or cocktails. Note here that the food at their restaurant is very good and tasty compared to what is offered at the meals included in the cost of the stay. They are very strict about food, which means that you can not take even an apple in the room. More attention could be paid to the cleanliness of the room. The linen was hastily changed without being ironed and arranged. Shower, it's almost impossible not to have a lake in the bathroom.  I am very disappointed about the staff. On the second day of our sejur I tell at the reception that it's very probable to not arrive in time for dinner because we want to visit more seaside resorts from Bulgaria. They promised me that they spoke with the manager and find a solution to replace this meal. When we come back and also in the next day they tell me that it's not possible.

Nice room clean and tidy good shower and bathroom. Large balcony overlooking the pool that was room 534. Quite on a night so able to get a good night's sleep. No lift so if you have mobility issues not for you unless you ask for ground floor

Location was good, pool facilities were fantastic. Liked the fact there was a bar beside pool. Reception could've been friendlier didn't tell us about the check-out times (apparently it was 11am even though booking.com told us it was between 14:00-20:00) then had reception try break in the room while we were naked. Service in general was poor, generally obnoxious and rude like turning the pool off at 18:30 and saying finished in an aggressive tone thanks Galina for that made me feel wonderful while on holiers. As someone who works in a hotel and bar to not apologize for coming in a room which is against GDPR and Eu Law btw and then to insinuate we stayed longer than needed, crazy that's all I can say don't know if this is a hotel problem or Bulgaria in general.

Write from the beginning of our stay staff where professional, we had a problem which was resolved with in1 hour with a smile nothing was to much trouble ? cleaning staff where efficient & to a high standard ? with a smile & polite ? breakfast. not an extensive menu, with something for everyone ? restaurant was excellent ,with an excellent menu ?tasty quality food ,prompt service ? common areas & pool where clean comfortable ? location.... 5 minutes to sea front in a trouble free area ..easy access to local shops , restaurants ,..totally recommend, value for money, will stay again.... All was good for a budget holiday...

We would return. Bedrooms basic and dated but did not bother us. Comfy beds. Clean sheets. Room had a fridge and air con. You get what you pay for and we were happy with it. We didnt have high expectations going. Breakfast is Bulgarian based so not for everyone, however we ate it. Food in restaurant for lunch, dinner, really good food and so reasonably priced. Stone baked pizzas were delicious. We ate there every day! 5 mins to beach and main strip. Water slides were a hit for our 2 children. Most staff friendly. Nice and quiet whilst we were there in June 24. Pool bar was nice! Sofa bed for children probably only thing I could say negative as didn't seem the cleanest.

Nothing. Breakfast has been terrible. All food was cold- eggs,sausage and every Day the samé. Repair the plate around the pool. My Sun cut his leg on broken one.

Location It’s was far to busy around the pool very unsafe! Pool bar wasn’t open! Breakfast was disappointing!! But wasn’t helped by greedy, Pushing in from others & just unpleasant! Just Crowded & just to many people for the size of the place.

Very small room. We wanted to take shower after the walk in the night and there is not hot water
