Hotel MARVEL - FULLY RENOVATED FREE Beach Access

There was a wide variety of food for lunch and dinner. The hotel has two restaurants, one of which serves a different themed cuisine from around the world every day. The hotel has a private beach, with two sun loungers and a parasol allocated to each room. The beach attendant makes sure that people do not reserve loungers by leaving their towels on them. At 10 a.m., unattended towels are removed so that the loungers are available for guests who are actually at the beach. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Food was very good WiFi was bad and drinks was bad

It was not our first time here. We really liked the renovations that were made and they surprised us with a warm outside pool. The rooms were clean and the food was excellent. Also a really stable wifi allowing me to do some urgent work, a rarity in most hotels.

The Heated Pool was great,all the building was very clean,the rooms are very big and nice organized. Only 5 cocktails in the menu of all bars and that the Spa was not ready for the clients(no justification for the money they demand)

Exceptionally professional attitude of Mr. Parvanov - front office manager. Excellent cuisine. Excellent location. Free beach area. serious disappointment with booking.com who had not correctly transferred my reservation. There is no safe in the rooms for storing money and valuables.

My room was spacious, clean, cozy., with all the necessary amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. I especially appreciated balcony view, comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere. The hotel’s facilities were impressive. I enjoyed the pool, restaurant, and the buffet offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfort, convenience, luxury, budget-friendly options, . It truly added to the enjoyment of my vacation

I stayed with my girlfriend for 5 days , the room was clean and room service was perfect , outdoor pool was ok and indoor pool was cold not heated or something , overall give it a 8/10 All workers of the hotel were nice and welcoming EXEPT one in the reception that wasn’t pleasant and rude his name is Ivan !!

After receiving an inferior and low quality room, and some arguing about this with the staff/manager, we received the room we actually booked. Very diversified food options. Overcrowded during main dining times. Pool area and the pool are too small for the hotel size. Poor and paid private parking. Scratched car while being parked in front of the hotel. Poor communication of the staff. Low quality of the finishing/renovation. Food poisoning in the last day of our stay.

Every bar was shut down at 10pm.

Lack of evening entertainment poor. Indoor pool absolutely freezing.

Side view to the sea, close to main beach and restaurants, nice breakfast. Views predominantly block by Imperial Hotel.

The hotel was kept exceptionally clean, the rooms were large and newly renovated. Food options were good for an all inclusive and staff were very attentive and friendly. I would like to say a particular thank you to Nasko on the front desk for his professionalism and assistance throughout our stay.

The hotel is not so far away from the beach and has several shops around it. I used to work in hotels, so I have some experience in this field. I have to say that I am really disappointed with this 4-star hotel. The food was a major letdown. It was nothing like what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. In fact, it made my husband so sick that we had to go to the clinic and pay 300€. He tried to avoid the food that was coming from the dirty pans, but clean wasn't anywhere and grease was everywhere. We spoke with several other guests who had the same problem. So we had to eat outside.... The staff only speak Bulgarian, so I had to ask five different people for sparkling water until I found a manager who pointed me to the only bar serving a horrible sparkling water in an even worse plastic glass. Also, the staff members were always in your way, even cleaning your feet with the broom while you were eating. The floor was the only thing clean in this hotel. The elevators were a bit of a challenge, and one piece of the ceiling from the first floor felt on one of the guests the day we arrived! The pool and the sunbeds by the pool were fine, but the pool bar was a disaster. The wine and the alcohol they serve there are not drinkable. The room service never cleaned the bathroom, and the toilet was leaking, so it was always wet and smelly. The sunbeds on the beach are not enough for the capacity of the hotel so was impossible to find something free after 9 o'clock and also they don't have a bar on the beach.... In short, the hotel doesn't meet the standards of a four-star, fully renovated hotel(which is a lie!!), and it's not worth the money, even if they pay you to stay there. It was a big disappointment.
