MPM Hotel Condor - All Inclusive Light

The wait for service on the pool bar is really long, depending on who is behind the bar counter. We had only one key, almost till the end of our 5-day stay.

It did not match the standards of a four star hotel. The room was very old and amortized. The bathroom was 1 m by 1 m The door and the sink were moldy and broken. There was no available outlets to charge my devices, so I had to ask for portable outlets. I'm disappointed not only by the hotel, but also by Booking because I trusted your platform.

Staff and food

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful 4-star hotel by the sea, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the manager, who went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a room change. We were moved to a higher floor with an even more stunning view of the ocean, and it truly made our experience unforgettable. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. We also appreciated the variety of dining options available, each meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable seaside getaway. The excellent service, friendly staff, and beautiful location make it a standout choice. The only thing that was not so great was the pool being usually very cold but in rest everything was perfect

Only good thing is the location, but you can get that every where in this region. Worst hotel I ever been, don’t ever book this. I can’t even sit normal on this toilet. The food taste absolutely discusting, old and its cold also every day they serve the same trash. We paid 800Leva I feel scammed leaving this place. Personal don’t understand English, even the easiest order they don’t get? “1 beer”? Sorry??? The bathroom is so small you can’t normal sit here. Personal don’t give good service, no new towels. Bar closes at kids time. Every other bar of hotels in this region stays open longer.

Only the hotel location was good, other than that I'm totally disappointed.. I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. From the moment we arrived, the staff's rudeness was apparent. Only a few of them spoke English, and those who did were unhelpful and dismissive of our concerns. The food was terrible, far below the standards expected for the price we paid. Additionally, despite paying extra for parking, we found that the staff were using the customer car park, making it nearly impossible to find a spot. The bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable, leading to restless nights for all of us. To make matters worse, two of my family members fell ill during our stay. The hotel staff sent us to their preferred clinic, which shockingly did not stock any basic medication. The overall disrespect and lack of basic hospitality we encountered were appalling. This was a thoroughly disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
