Sentido Bellevue Beach- All Inclusive & Beach Access

We spent a week at this all-inclusive resort and overall had mixed feelings. The rooms were clean, cozy, and felt recently renovated, but every evening we found there was no hot water—a big drawback when you want a warm shower after the beach. The food tasted good, yet the buffet lacked variety and grew repetitive, especially at breakfast; the pancakes ran out within minutes and we only managed to try them once. Beach loungers were included and plentiful, though some guests reserved them early with towels. By the pool, loungers were scarce and shared between two hotels, making it hard to find a spot. Our biggest frustration was the sea: on arrival the water was choked with seaweed and impossible to swim in until it was cleared after a few days. Once cleaned, the beach was lovely again—but those first days were a real letdown. No hot water each evening Limited, repetitive buffet—especially at breakfast

They were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure the children had a fun, safe, and engaging experience every day. I'm kind of disappointed with cleaning our room, they changed everything every day but cleaning up tables and The floor cleaning and dusting were not done properly, and the food was somewhat boring. The amount of sugar in the desserts was too much, so I couldn't eat them. I had already informed the staff that there was also a bad smell in the bathroom, but they didn’t pay any attention to it.

Very nice hotel in general friendly staff, we extended our stay for 2 days, they were really helpful good food (8 out of 10) very good beer for the room, nothing to say, good bed, spacious, the bathroom was ok, we had partial view of the sea, upper floor, thick curtains, modern room on the beach front, lots of sunbeds For sunbeds, you need to go at max. 9 o'clock, either it will be full. Parking it's a bit expensive No beach bar, but the pool bar is not far away

The AC wasn't working. I went 3 times to the reception and every time they said that someone will come and fix it. Unfortunately nobody came and it was pretty hot in the room. Keeping in mind that we had our baby with us (<1 year), this was annoying.

I liked their attention to customers the most, they offered us an extra bed for our child without charging us extra. They were attentive to us, cleaning every day. Drinks inside, drinks at pool, late breakfast (fries, waffles, burgers and hot dogs). I can’t say that I didn’t like it, but there was a bit of a minus to the food. There was variety, but it’s not a food for the picky. And also the parking, which you have to pay 25 leva per day…

Everything was good except AC The biggest problem was that AC didn’t work , we reported this issue but it wasn’t solved, as it was unreal to sleep , and you couldn’t open the balcony as we have sea view and music from karaoke next to hotel was too loud till 2 am .

Almost perfect, with really good food, room, and amenities. The staff was friendly! The air conditioning was not working in our room.

Amazing Hotel, the service was good, location in front of the beach is amazing with a magnificient sea view, the food was good, I appreciated my experience in this Hotel and I highly recommend it. 10/10 Nothing to mention

The hotel is located right on the beach - which is definitely an huge plus, especially when traveling with small children and/or people with a bit of mobility issues (as in our case). The staff is always smiling politely and eager to help, when asked. The restaurant had a good variety of dishes, for each meal. We were a bit concerned about this, since we were traveling to Sunny Beach in late September, towards the end of the official '23 season. The bar is also OK. Overall, a good family-friendly hotel and a great value for the cost. We would definitely come back to Hotel Bellevue! The cleanliness could be improved: we booked 4 rooms, but had issues with one of them. Mainly, the bathroom looked like it wasn't really cleaned before our arrival (the toilet lid was dusty, and there was a really strong urine smell in the whole bathroom). We reported this to the Reception, and in the end, someone came and cleaned the bathroom again. The other 3 rooms were OK from the start. Weak WiFi signal.

The sunbeds at the pool were not clean.

Cleaning every single day,nice view and very nice staff,food it was ok ,swimming pool and the bar outside is also nice,The beach is just 100m from hotel that’s it was good for us because we have a baby and it was very comfortable for us to walk to the beach every day.Thanks Belleuvue! Some time the elevator for the guest it take to much time to arrive.if you are with the baby is necessary to waiting.Car park is a bit small.

the property was very clean the food was amazing and the staff were really friendly will definitely go back for another short stay nothing
