The hotel is okay. It's not the most luxurious, but the only thing I didn't like was the food, it was below par with no choice.??

We had breakfast and dinner included and the food was not so diverse and when something was emptying you had to wait a while until refill.

No Parking as shown during reservation - Free Parking. Staff say they just changed it on the same day we arrived and did not care at all. Did not let us talk to the manager.

Everything was perfect, food was tasty, housekeeping very friendly, bars ad restaurant staff friendly, reception very helpful and friendly, great value for your money! Location was excellent! In general was even better than expected!

It’s a good beachfront hotel with 4 lifts ,restaurant and pool. Not enough parking spaces ,not enough staff in the restaurant buffet,slow delivery.

The view from the the room. The cleaning services excellent. The food service was very bad! Food was cold. Very small dining area. Big queue there. Long waiting time to get your food. Lift was old and out of order few times. Bathroom were mouldi and smelli. There were dog hair in the carpet.

Close to the sea and attractions, nice pool, decent breakfast. I booked four rooms (two twins, two apartments). All of them had good view of the sea. Actually, the hotel is built so that all rooms face the sea at different angles. Breakfast was plentiful, but poorly presented and with zero variation from one day to another (from a total of 8 days): fried and scrambled eggs, different kind of sausages, cold cuts, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, bread, honey, jam, yoghurt (bitter and unattractively presented), cheese buns, chocolate croissants (these were the best). We got apricots on most days, but watermelon was served too early. Breakfast was served between 7 and 10, so probably you get more if you go earlier. You won’t leave the restaurant hungry, but it felt… poor. Congratulations to the nice cleaning lady from the 12th floor. She cleaned our room daily and it was so so nice to come back from the beach and find the room clean. The breakfast coffee is absolutely horrible! It’s only instant coffee, but of the worst kind. It is a pity that a country neighbouring Turkey and Greece can serve such a disgrace and call it coffee! While others complained, our room was very clean. The breakfast plates were wet, the silverware was wet… The staff worked their asses off, but they were either improperly trained, or simply not enough.

The receptionist was very rude. Her name is Stanislava. The room is small with old furniture . The staff and receptionist is very rude, bad behaviour with guests. It was big mistake to choose this hotel!!!

Always friendly staff, great pool and next to the beach, 12 yrs we have used this hotel Hotel in need of some updating, broken tiles in bathroom, old style bedding still being used, broken balcony chair and cracked plastic toilet seat
