Excellent location with beach access, comfortable room, average breakfast and dinner buffet

We liked the location as it is near the beach and promenada. The food was good as well, but the same everyday. The prices at the bar are okay, not huge. The hairdryer was not working in one of the rooms. The AC was noisy in one of the rooms and impossible to be used(while inside) in the other room as it was literally screaming. Same food everyday for 5 days. The parking is 25BGN/day, but you don't get to use it during your vacation as it is stuck between other cars because the parking is too small and they fill it up to full. When you wanna leave the hotel it is a pain most of the time because elevators are very very slow as they are stopping on almost every floor they are asked even if they are already full and cannot take more people.

Food The staff is friendly. The sea is nearby. The food was very tasty and varied. It was nice to dine in the beautiful garden by the sea. A bit noisy in the evening, but it's a resort.

very friendly staff lovely food , clean,nothing too much trouble, sorted parking out for us this time as end of season just a couple of things no lights you could switch on the balcony, and some of the sockets on wall was loose

The hotel is located right on the sea, we got a room on the 10th floor and the view was simply amazing. The food at breakfast and dinner was very tasty and varied The room is quite small and there is no curtain or glass in the shower

We stayed in an apartment. Our unit had a large balcony on a high floor with an awesome view of the sea. The room had 2 bathrooms, modern design, and comfortable beds. The beach was right outside the hotel. The breakfast and the diner included in the price were very tasty and a great deal. We had a great time and highly recommend this place!

Excellent food, clean rooms, good quality towels, nice garden, close to the beach, not close to the center so a bit less crowded. Only 2 small elevators for the whole hotel - annoying long waits, loud karaoke at the hotel’s bar until midnight - no sleep possible, very cold water in the pool, and extremely expensive parking.

You were near everything within walking distance , everyone was friendly , they changed room for us , which I emailed yourselves about, but there was no correspondence from yourselves to tell them as they showed us on the computer, but they sorted us out,the day after The parking, which was separate and we had to pay 25 Lev a day which is on top of the holiday , which was really unacceptable , it could have been discounted as your staying at a hotel in S/B , the other thing was you don't seem to pass emails to them , it's just an auto message back to the customer,so lack of communication

The location is very nice. Dinner and breakfast are very good. Although it is not an open buffet, you can choose main course, salad and dessert from the menu. I would like to thank Ms. Doby for her hospitality and help. If you are going to Nessebar, this is the best hotel, do not look for another hotel. There is nothing I don't like about this hotel.

Location near the beach, room with sea view. Clean room + various choices of food for breakfast and dinner. The host can improve by providing a place to dry swimming clothes, towels.

The staff was pleasant. The food was delicious, but at times the dinner was disappointing. The location is very good. The rating of the hotel does not quite correspond to the quality of the hotel. The hotel itself is pleasant, but not very good according to the rating. The prices were cheap, it was pleasant :) I was not satisfied with the room, the bathroom was very small and the shower corner was not separated. When I took a shower, the whole room was wet. We stayed at the hotel for 12 days, but the bed linen was changed only once. The floor was sandy in the room the first day we started our stay. Elevator queues... Would not go back to this hotel, but really liked Bulgaria!

Location was perfect, right at the beach, beautiful garden in front that was a part of restaurant where breakfast and other meals were served. Food itself was plentiful! Lots of options for breakfast and for dinner and everything was just delicious. The room was very small with one double bed and one smaller than single bed in which my 16 year old son had to manage to fit in somehow. Not comfortable at all. The bathroom was a shower and toilet in one, so tiny. We had an incident with the elevator that stopped in-between the floors with door trying to get open. My daughter got a bit frightened, there was definitely some fault with it. We used the stairs instead after that.

Perfect location with amazong sea view. Very nice and well organised garden. No any drinks at dinner. Food quantity is enough but quality needs to be improved. Wifi is good at restaurant and balcony but weak inside the room. Hotel is crowded for two Lifts you need to spend time while waiting.

Food was great. And the guy who leads the karaoke night is realy great! AS A GUEST, YOU COME TO HOTEL AND THERE IS NO FREE PARKING SPOTS. THEN THEY RECOMMEND YOU GOING TO SOME OTHER PARKING PLACE WHERE YOU HAVE TO PAY IT EXTRA - PER DAY. BETTER DELETE IN YOUR DESCREPTION THAT YOU HAVE PARKING THEN MAKE SUCH SITUATION TO YOUR GUESTS.
