The private beach is practically on the doorstep, and there are always plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available. The location is absolutely unbeatable—perfect for those lovely evening strolls. Our family room felt spacious. Throughout our stay, the poolside sunbeds were consistently unavailable due to guests "reserving" them with unattended towels. Although staff assured us this practice was prohibited, no action was ever taken to clear the loungers, making it incredibly frustrating to find a place to relax! The drinks are of very poor quality. The worst part of our trip was on our last day. After vacating our room, staff gave us an ultimatum: leave the hotel immediatelyn at 11:00 am or pay for an extra all-inclusive package and €60 for parking. I've never experienced such an unwelcoming policy. It is very common for resort and seaside hotels to allow registered guests full access to pools and beaches. At least, that's been my experience so far.

We had a great vacation here. We had more than enough space in the double room (2 adults + 2 toddlers). Each room had its own balcony, bathroom, TV and AC. The cleaning staff checked the rooms everyday and provided the needed supplies. The sea is very close to the property. They have enough seats and umbrellas on the beach. The beachbar is also a plus. The hotel also provides beachtowels. The pools were cleaned daily, they don't have warm water, but the water temperature was still OK since the weather was still hot. Food is tasty and very varied, as well as the drinks. Our children liked the kids pool, the slides and the parks from the property. I really recommend this hotel. You won't regret it ?

Everything was more than expected, Very nice location, hotel area was huge and clean, it was a beautiful with many facilities. Easy access to the beach and everywhere else! The room was really good and clean floor cleaned and bed sheets folded everyday. Food was amazing and decently varied. fresh pasta everyday. Fruit and desert counters are always full. There was food and drinks all-day long. you can take snacks to the beach if you want. There was a bar at the beach with beer, soft drinks and water. The pool area was nice and comfort, plenty of sun beds, The pool was great for kids and adults to relax in. its Cleaned every day, the staff was very friendly, and they made sure we had a wonderful service all the times I would like huge thanks to the staff members: Tatina (assistant restaurant manager ) George (front office manager) Rosi (restaurant manager ) Krasimira (as a host) Valeria ( bartender) Lozan (waiter) Tony and Petq (leader animation team ) nothing

Everything was excellent.

The cleaning lady comes at noon when you are restibg and not at the mirning whike you are out. The food was pure and the room is old. The water in the pool are very very ice cold .

Parking was easy and seemed sufficient. Beach allocated to the hotel was well maintained. Location in a relative quiet area. Food quality and diversity together with overall drinks. Overall pool area is overcrowded, no chance to find a place without reserving very early. Cleaning after beach (from beach area) was a joke. Beach bar very basic.

The hotel is great if you plan to go there with the kids. The waterpark has everything for the kids and the food was really really good. One thing I would suggest is for the bar staff to be more friendly. I didn't have any unpleasant interactions however I did expect sometimes for them to be more helpful and friendly. all good

Amazing location with a perfect view. Only one parking place per Vila and if you come 2 families like us, you don’t have one parking place.

Bad wifi, bad shower facilities , bad food

The beds were a bit too soft, so I ended up with a bit of a back ache in the last day.

My stay in the hotel was amazing! The food was great, the rooms were clean and the view to the beach is amazing. A big thank you for the staff who made me feel like at home. Specially the people who worked in the bar as Dimitri and Anastasia! They were so kind and fun! I will definitely return to the hotel in another opportunity.

Good location. Good facilities and comfortable rooms. The food was not so good. Cheap, low quality ingredients masked by spices that caused all cooked dishes to taste the same. The fruits were fresh and good. Deserts were terrible.

The sea was not clean, but this is not the hotel fault. The dessert was not tasty.

The location was excellent - we were at the D building which is few steps away from the beach and it was great! The facilities were super clean and everything that we needed were present. The restaurants that required reservations (Mexican and Italian) were really nice and provided a different and refreshing experience from the main dinning room. We liked the pool and the children facilities in it. The program for kids was really nice (e.g the DJ party) Pool beds were always taken, so you need to place a towel early morning on them to mark them as taken. Towels have a strick time of exchanging 16:00-17:00, so need to plan it in advance. Coffee machines are not that tasty (probably from a powder)

There were many food options and the food was good. The staff was really nice and we appreciated a lot the host in the restaurant who always smiled and greated everyone with a nice vibe.

The location is good. Very central and walkable so you don't feel the need to book a ton of exclusions right away and can just walk up the street and get to amusement parks, shops, etc. Where to begin? - The pool is frigid, especially the aquapark pool meant for the smallest kids. It's bordering on unusable. The Brits are okay with it (but perhaps they're used to being wet+cold at the same time). Otherwise, woes of shrinkage are heard all around from the dads. Moms supervise from the lounge chairs. The kids endure. - Speaking for the aquapark, the big slides in the photos are for very big kids only. 130cm+ so only the smaller area is for everyone else 0+... Seems an odd gap honestly because the 2 slides there are not super slippery and my 4 year old got stuck in it. Most smaller kids I saw used it as a tunnel and walked out. - The beach has no open shower to rinse off (other hotels so at least have one) so you have to cross the street, walk through D building, and then get to the pool shower, which is also super cold, or just trek back to your room to wash the sand off. (Hotels in Bulgaria can't legally own the beach so things built on it are limited but many places do at least have an open shower) - Food is repetitive, and the a la carte restaurants all require reservations. If you are used to Western all-inclusives where you can just sit down anywhere, keep this in mind. - There are 4 buildings. Only one is beach facing. D building. It contains all premium rooms, which are not offered on booking.com... our apartment ended up facing a tree and the laundry room as they had no space to upgrade our 10 day stay in the other building. Also, A building is next to the amphitheatre, which has a nightly show at 9.30pm that is extremely loud. If you are traveling with infants, keep this in mind. Their offering on this platform gives the impression you are booking their best room, but you are not.

The food had diversity and was tasty. There were always fresh fruits, which was great. The host at the main restaurant was so nice, smiling and greeting everyone, and it really added a good vibe to the place! We liked the themed restaurants, especially Toscana and Hinode. Everything was very clean and the cleaning staff is doing great job while being very nice. My room was near a door on the corridor, which did not stay open and made the most awful noise every time someone opened it. For this matter, it was quite difficult to get some rest as the corridor was busy.

The Premium restaurant was great! The staff were amazing! The location was great! The staff ensured we had a shower instead of a bath due to my disability requirements, and also ensured our room was next to the kids' room. I would like to see better accessibility for disabled guests, for example, more steps and handrails for disabled guests to be able to enjoy the swimming pool safely. Also the bed was quite uncomfortable for a couple to share, where they push two single beds together to make up a double bed.
