This is the third time we stay at Hotel Shipka Beach, and every visit is simply great! We are always impressed by the warm welcome and attention to detail. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view of the sea, and the breakfast is varied and always delicious This especially like the peaceful atmosphere of the garden, where our children love to play. The staff is very kind and helpful, which makes every vacation a real pleasure. We look forward to coming back again!

Honestly this place was not so bad. Hotel Shipka was a great choice for my summer vacation. The location is unbeatable—right on the beach, and the view from my room’s balcony was breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of the waves was amazing. The room itself was clean, had good air conditioning, and the WiFi worked perfectly, which was a plus. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. They were always ready to answer questions and made my stay comfortable. The hotel’s proximity to Sunny Beach’s center, shops, and restaurants made it easy to explore without needing a car. While I enjoyed my stay, there were a few things that could have been better. The breakfast menu was a bit repetitive after a few days, and more variety would have been nice. Parking was also a little inconvenient since the free lot was a short walk from the hotel. Lastly, there wasn’t enough space in the room to dry beach towels and swimwear, which became a bit frustrating after a few days. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was very positive.

The staff was very polite and friendly, for any of our questions they were willing to advise and help. The rooms were cleaned every single day, the Breakfast was balanced with vegetables, fruit and dessert included, The restaurant is a beautiful garden with fountain and flowers. The beach is in front of the hotel, from the balcony we had a beautiful sea side view. This is our second time staying here and if we come back to Sunny Beach again, we will definitely stay in Shipka. Wifi was a bit unstable sometimes, I brought my work to vacation to keep up with what's going on with my team, so it was kind of a frustration from time to time.

nothing, everything is old, broken bed, broken furniture, cracked walls, bad and disrespectful staff. it is a 1 star hotel. I booked a room with a sea view and it was with a side view, they wrote that there is free parking but they asked for 25 leva per day at the hotel . I do not recommend this hotel.

I usually don't stay at hotels that have such a low rating, but this was a disappointing exception.The rating of 6 is too much for this hotel. Free parking is in a public parking lot almost 1 km away, parking next to the hotel is chargeable. I paid extra for the room with a direct sea view and got a room at the side of the hotel with a sea view among other hotels. There are many things to say and related to the service at the restaurant that seems to be at the canteen of the poor I made a mistake with the hotel choice.

Location of the hotel Inconsistency in the name of the hotel, there was no free parking, it was paid 20 leva per day. I have never seen such an approach to food, although we rested in all the nearby three-star hotels. There is no buffet as such, food is distributed by the staff, you have to ask them to add food, but it is not always possible, because there are restrictions. There is no Wi-Fi on the floors at all. When settling in, we couldn't figure out three or two of us, because the room is for two, and we paid for three. They called the maid, who ordered to deliver the clamshell.
