Sara from reception always helps me alot

Was a women called “sara” in reception she always helping me and also was a problem in shower in the same time the team comes and fix it

I liked spacious rooms and bathtub and free parking It’s way different from the photos , food wasn’t delicious , a lot of people in the restaurant, price in the mid season will be much higher, and it won’t cost this money.

I had to wait 40 minutes for the registration and there was a problem with the parking lot. Even though i paid for a parking space, somebody used mine and i was asked to find a place in a full parking lot. There was one place but i was told that this is reserved .

the property was old and looking good the doors and windows in the hotel not Insulation . you can hear everthing outside thats annoying

Food cleanliness and kindness of the staff They don't reply to the emails

The huge big building with historical background was Nice. The food was not bad but plenty. The personnel was nice especially the young man in the reception was very kind and helpful. The personnel was very attentive to fix any pronlen in the room. The transfer of used dirty towels with the same elevator which is used by guests, The payment requested from hotel guests for bed and umbrella in the shore

I didn't like anything..food , program , stuff ..I will never go again

Disappointing and downright unacceptable for a so-called 5-star hotel Where to even begin? This hotel was a complete disaster from day one. The kids’ entertainment was handled by an older man because the actual animators were too busy flirting and taking shots at the bar — shockingly unprofessional. The disco music was a joke, with outdated Tina Turner songs and even “Sex Bomb” played for little kids, which is wildly inappropriate. Dinner was a chaotic mess, with guests shoving and acting rude, and staff doing nothing to manage it. The food options were copy-paste every single day for lunch, dinner, and breakfast — zero variety, and to make matters worse, it made my entire family and our friends sick with stomach aches and diarrhea. The hotel rooms were extremely dirty, and when they “cleaned” them, they didn’t even leave enough towels. We had to wait over an hour after going to reception just to get some fresh towels so we could clean up after coming from the beach. We also requested sheet changes twice and they never showed up. Room cleaning tries to come in the middle of the day, exactly when you want to rest from the brutal heat, making it impossible to relax. Additionally we asked for room cleaning to vacuum the carpet because when we checked in the floor was covered with crumbs and dirt, we were told they don’t own a vacuum and only a broom. The “all inclusive” package is misleading at best. There are only six drink options, and each bar has a limited selection. Also, it was advertised that there would be Bulgarian alcohol, there is none. They constantly ran out of alcohol or juices, and wouldn’t refill until the night was almost over. At the beach bar, beer was the only alcoholic option, which is pathetic. On top of that, if you paid for beach chairs and umbrellas to be included in your package, you can only sit from the sixth row back — the front rows are “reserved” for people who pay in the moment, even though we paid too.

Property is located close to the sea Staff attitude when I received no help with sorting out the problem. Hotel is so run down and desperately cries out for a refurbishment.

Quite nice and clean room Food under any expectation, there was no variety, almost every day it was the same food. the cleaning ladies were busy while the people were eating. he was sweeping right next to me while I was eating.. the bar by the pool only served in small plastic cups, totally disappointed by the 5 stars that the hotel carries..

Swimming pool Mouldy bathrooms Smelly bathrooms Stained carpets in rooms Poor food, no variety, no food that was listed when booking eg burgers at poolside Rubbish drinks Hot drinks machine not always working and at limited times not what was explained when paying all inclusive Staff barely spoke english so struggled with communication

All was good. Manager of reception and hotel manager is really kind. Food was disappointed untasted last few days same lunch and dinner.

location great, plenty of sunbeds around fantastic pool my room stunk of sewerage, when i asked to be moved there was no other rooms available.... at eating times it was a struggle to get a seat, had to miss lunch as no seats, dissapointing. lack of toilets for the amount of customers and smelly & dirty. great hotel let down

Nothing Everything. We have booked ALL INCLUSIVE and when they yold us just when we go there that sezlons are with extra pay, I dont know what they call ALL INCLUSIVE. Also food was horrible and very low in quantity, even indian street food was better than in this hotel.

Lovely building but needs refurbishment The staff were ignorant the cleaners were in and out within 5 minutes floors weren't moped and the balcony was cleaned twice in 18 days and reported a smell off suiers to the manager but nothing was done had to stick the smell the. Whole time the cracks on the walls and missing pieces off masonry on the balcony and the food was the exact same my whole stay and was cold
