DIT Majestic Beach Resort

Щовечора проводяться цікаві розваги як для дітей, так і для дорослих, тому нудьгувати не доводиться. Єдине, що можна було б покращити, — це різноманітність страв. Вибір не дуже великий, але їжі завжди багато, вона свіжа та смачна.

I recently stayed at the DIT Majestic in Burgas and overall had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is spotless — the cleanliness truly stands out, from the rooms to the common areas, everything is well taken care of. The staff were always friendly, approachable, and ready to provide answers whenever needed, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was fantastic. One of the highlights is the all-inclusive cafeteria, which offers a wide variety of dishes. I was especially surprised by the salads — I’m normally not much of a salad eater, but here I always found something fresh and delicious to enjoy, whether it was a simple cheese or one of their creative mixes. The cafeteria meals were, for me, even more enjoyable than the complimentary restaurant dinners. Every five nights, the hotel offers a free dinner in either the Italian or Asian restaurant. It’s a nice bonus, though personally, I preferred the variety and quality of the cafeteria. The activities and entertainment program were excellent and ensured that you never ran out of things to do. The animation team deserves a special compliment — they worked hard to keep the guests engaged and entertained with bingo, music quizzes, dances, live music, and more. The live music itself could use a refresh, as the setlist tended to be repetitive, but it was still fun and added to the lively atmosphere. Another highlight was the private beach. Even visiting in September, the weather was still beautiful, and the water warm enough to fully enjoy swimming and relaxing by the sea. The hotel is also well located if you want to explore beyond the resort. The bus stop nearby makes it very easy and affordable to reach Nessebar, a historic city worth visiting, as well as Sunny Beach center, which is only three stops away. Overall, I can say that DIT Majestic offers a fantastic balance of relaxation, entertainment, and quality service. It’s not really a dissatisfaction, more of a suggestion: the TVs are good, but the remote has a Netflix button that doesn’t actually work. When I asked at reception, I learned they’re not smart TVs, which makes sense. It’s not a demand or something urgent, but in the future, it would be nice to have the option to log in to my own Netflix account. I absolutely plan to come back, so it would be a welcome improvement for returning guests.

Personal staff

There is always the need to fight for sunbeds. I do not recommend it to people who intend to relax on the beach or by the pool. The administration does not fight at all with "sunbeds towel booking". If you come at 9 o'clock, you have no place to sit, and more than half of the sunbeds are "towel booked" Parking 20 minutes walk away

The food, the drinks, the shows

First row at the beach. Not big queue at restaurant when selecting food. Not enough space for customers at the peak of the season. Not enough sun beds at the beach. Hotel claiming that people occupy the sun beds even it is told not to do so, but responsible person is not taking care for it. Not enough sit places at the restaurant.

Very nice place to relax. Bar opened 24/7, big pools, nice diverse food, friendly staff, good parking space at the hotel and free private beach. Everything was nicely smooth. Also, the location being in the north of sunny beach is a big plus as it’s more closer to the sidewalk than the south. We will be back for sure! The only thing worth mentioning is the cold water from the pool, but taking into the account the period we where there, I think it’s something normal and it’s not the hotel’s fault. But take this in mind if you want to come late September

The location, the outside space, the park, the pools, the food, the staff, the distance to the beach. A la carte restaurant. The hotel from the inside, the stairs, the restaurant. ( Not the food but the place) need some refreshments. It was very crowded, and the elevators were insufficient some time.

Very nice, large hotel. Situated right on the beach, with a garden in the front, facing east. Clean, large rooms, good food, large restaurant. Super nice view from balcony. Not too close, not too far from center - walking distance. Not enough beach space for how many guests are in. Guests letting towels on the chairs and leaving. Stuff does reclaim them, but it is a minus. Parking is just embarassing. They have a few parking spaces situated a few kilometers far from the hotel, to wich they drive you by car, once a day if you want. This is NOT specified, so be aware. The other DIT hotel does not have this problem.

This place is fantastic! The location is great, just a few steps from the beach and the sea. The pool area is big with plenty of sun chairs and umbrellas. In the middle the pool bar provides a quick way of getting a refreshment when needed. With the all inclusive you can get food from 7 a.m. to 9.30 p.m., therefore should you have any cravings they can be satisfied. Food is good, with a variety of options for every meal suitable for every nutritional needs. Room with plenty of space and everything you might need, including a desk and comfortable chair. Bed was comfortable as well. Toilet with all necessities and a nice shower. Rest of the facilities were all nice and clean, I always felt that everything was kept to a high standard. Staff were great, very quick and prepared, super professional and polite, always felt that they could support me if needed. Overall I would 100% recommend the resort even for a solo traveler like I was. I thought the temperature of the water in the pools was a bit low, could be kicked up a few degrees. Also the WiFi was not working very well and sometimes it was losing signal in the room, could be improved.
