The security was rude!

The cleaning lady was talking very loudly in the hallway, and you could hear everything thru the thin doors. In the restaurant are not knives and forks at you disposal. You have to ask if you don't find it on the table. Hotel parking is a bit expensive

Good value for the money. The food was good and varied. The staff was wonderful. We enjoyed our 9 nights there with family including a 5 year old. Not negative but FYI We got a quiet room but if you’re not ready for some street noice this hotel directly on the main walkway might not be your cup of tea

Good value for money, nice and friendly stuff

It was the 4th time we have been here...We are a family of 2 adults, a teenager and a child of 9 years old. Every time we come, we are welcomed, the children are happy, the grown ups are happy! There is something to do for all ages, the entertainment team are lovely. The food is something for everyone again, I would say, something to Please all palates...The hotel is right in the centre of Sunny beach though, so Please only expect quiet from 5am-8.am ????

Very good location, friendly staff, good food, waterpark superb, kids club needs update, but animators were very nice and fun! Apartment building was on other side of main building (pool in between) and main doors were always locked from 18:00, so we had to go around every night for dinner, it is not minus as it is for safety, it was just inconvenient with child. :)

Location and food, only parking service guys are nice and pleasant Staff in hotel need to learn some maners and be more kind to gests of hotel, recepcion lady is extremely angry and she can't even show us our room. Hygiene in room and in hotel bathroom are horrible.

Good location, near beach. Great view from balcony. Rooms cleaning was everyday. Cleaning lady was very nice. Animation team was great. Food was not great but ok. There was always something to choose from. The building is old, rooms need renovation. The pool area needs a deep cleaning. They are cleaning every day but a deep cleaning is needed. The snack bar and the main restaurant are not very inviting. Everything is old and needs renovations. The personal working in the restaurant is watching you eating and it’s disturbing. At the entrance of the main restaurant you need to show your room key what’s ridiculous when you have all inclusive band on your hand. This was the first time experiencing something like this in an all inclusive hotel. The hotel needs a renovation and deep cleaning. It was a nice holiday for us but I don’t think we will come back.

There is a wide selection of delicious food and fantastic water attractions available close to the hotel for the whole day. The little kids are amazed. Not something specific, but some furniture might need replacement.

Staff really lovely, and lovely pools Got stuck in the lift regularly. Alot of waiting and Quing for lifts and food. Too many people to cater for, the hotel facilities just can’t cater that many people and it wasn’t even fully booked. The car parking is quite a walk away from the hotel, it’s not onsite.

End of season, and Sunny Beach was about to close down. I really appreciated the tranquility. I guess the surroundings of the hotel can be a party-mayhem in high-season, and that's not my cup of tea any longer. Had a lovely, relaxing week both at the excellent pool-area at the hotel and at the beach close by. All inclusive worked perfectly for me. Nothing to comment on in this section.

The Location of this hotel is very central and the rooms were a nice size. The buffet was very poor as were the snacks, i didn't feel like i achieved value for money at this resort.
