The main pool is falling apart. Pieces of the mozaic are missing. Warm water in the bathroom is running for not more than 5 min. The food was not so delicious. The bartender curses you if you order a drink 5 min before the end of his shift. In general not nice experience. Prevoius years the hotel had a laundry company taking care of guests laundry. This year there wasn't any which would not be a big deal if there were hangers to dry out your clothes, unfortunatelly there aren't

Food was not great, we mostly ate fries with vegetables except for the pizza at the pool It's a bit noisy on the bars side, but you can sleep. Bed a bit uncomfortable

The hotel is very cosy, it has a small territory, but everything is comfortable and convenient. Tasty food, clean restaurant with its welcoming staff made our stay enjoyable. Kids loved the pools and animation, the hotel is 3 minutes from the beach, there are lots of restaurants, bars and the central entertainment park around.

Clean, modern rooms, lovely housekeeping staff, central location - room with old central A/C wasn’t cold enough on warmer days (we stayed at end of season when it wasn’t even that warm, we were sweating in the room and I raised the issue 3 times at reception and only then they agreed to change rooms but at that stage we got a fan and weather was a lot cooler so we decided to stay in the room). Rooms with “comfort” standard had new fully working A/C so avoid “standard” and go for “comfort”. - food was very very bad and poor quality, very repetitive, leftover food repurposed in other meals the next few days. All 4 of us got either food positing or we were sick from the central a/c as we all vomitted for half of our stay). We ended up eating out the last few days as it was so bad. - drinks in the bar very poor quality, lots of things not available and told to go to a different bar (there were few bars), we stayed until the hotel was closing for winter and everyday the selection was smaller and bars were closing down. - staff generally unpleasant, except for housekeeping ladies they were fabulous. Maybe it was end of the season attitude waiting to be finished but just not the nicest.

Despite the fact that we were guests at the end of the season, everything was exceptional. The room was spacious and very clean. The service at the reception and in the restaurant was excellent all the staff was helpful and polite. We will definitely visit Hotel Alba again on our next trip to Sunny beach. Thank you all for making our stay incredible! Nothing, everything was perfect.

The pool was ok for non swimmers but was very cold would need to be heated also no indoor option which u would expect in that size of hotel. Staff were extremely rude and made out they had no English when we needed to ask something. Threats of fines all up in English though. Food was terrible and dining hall was filthy at times all food on floor. Booked room with shower as I have problem with my leg got no shower bath and when I asked at reception starting laughing at me they defo don't like the Irish and kept saying cost if everything in pounds we have euros they were very rude and so unhelpful.cleaners blowing in doors prior to 9am every morn just coming into rooms. Terrible noise in hotel people constantly slamming doors and shouting at 2 to 3 am in morn. No kettle in room asked no hope.. staff on mobiles or groping one another completely unprofessional sour faces constantly. No management

I liked the localisation. The food generally speaking was good, a lot of choise. I didnt like the using of so much plastic. In the bathroom it wasnt clean. The space for eating ..too crowded
