MPM Kalina Garden Hotel

Nice hotel in nice surroundings, close to Sunny Beach center and 7-8 minutes walk to the beach. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Food was good. Drinks need some improvement but ok. Parking at hotel ✔️ A plus for the cleaning in the restaurant. Overall they stay was good, for 3 nights. Furniture bit old and rooms would need some renovation, but I rate it 10 for the staff and cleaning! :)

Food is perfect for All-Inclusive hotel - variaty for kids and adults Drinks and alchohol also ok - local brands but good intertaimond team 8/10 beds not confortable, We order 3 rooms - 2 for 2 p[eoples and one for 3 (3rd on sofa) No double bed, only single mattreses are very not comfortable sofa - hard like rock

The internet connection in the room was very very bad. Also, there are no parking spots.

The pool was fine The curtains did a good job Large room Good storage spaces Constant refill on foods Ok foods for children and babies Ok distance to the beach Some days we got free water in the room Nice snacks The food was ok but repetitive There were a lot of stuff that were not ok: - the room was dirty when we checked in (spider webs, chips under the bed, not vaccuumed), the bathroom too - the bathroom was not cleaned for the entire stay; considering that we had a baby with us, the sink, for example, got really dirty… - the sheets were not changed for the entire stay - the towels were awful - you could hear everything through the walls - the room we got was between two technic rooms, where they keep all the dirty laundry, garbage etc. and the kept the doors open almost all day so there was a horrible smell - in the morning we were woken up by the loud employees and their cigar smoke (we could hear the talk loudly and smell the smoke in our room) - the cleaning carts, garbage bins and cleaning supplies were left all day long in front of our room (don’t know what for, as they never cleaned) - the entertainment shows were extra loud and were until 23:00. Impossible to sleep and to get baby to sleep - there was no AC in the room - Wi-Fi was as good as nothing. We couldn’t use it - the shower head was broken - the net from the window was broken - small fridge (the freezer part was so small we couldn’t use it) - cold water in the pool - slippery floor near the pool - a lot of tables near the pool could be used for a long time in the morning because of the direct sunlight - not enough power outlets - in the booking description and the QR code at the reception it states that they have massage services. When I asked about it, they looked weird at me at told me they don’t have it, but I could get that on the beach …. -
