The hotel is great, great rooms, great view from the room! The staff were so nice and helpful, the food was awesome and as an all inclusive hotel they really give a lot! Amazing hotel totally would come back! There was one rude worker at the dining room who talked with us really aggressively and disrespectful, bus besides that one guy - everyone else is really nice!

Sunny Beach was a big disappointment for me, but the resort was wonderful! It worth every penny spent here! -

First thing first, You are greeted with prosecco at the reception, and gives you a nice vibe right from the start. Just like at a party ?.And a wonderful gesture from them, was the no extra charge upgraded room, from 3 beds room to a 2 bedroom apartment. Lovely thing to do. And because we arrived late, there were sandwiches (delicious ones) and fruits waiting in our apartment. Is it clean you ask? Yes! Very! Those ladies are cleaning all the time, everywhere. The apartment, lobby, hallways, terrace, pool area, all around. How about the food? Well.. plenty, more than plenty actually. And the variety is enormous, for all tastes form everywhere you are. All freshly made and sooooo gooood. Even pizza made right on the spot in front of you is one of the best I had in many vacations. The staff, all wonderful, smiling at you and care to help no matter the problem. The beach is at a 2-3 min walk, through a amusement park, where we did spent 2 evenings beeing so much fun, for me and my 7 yo son. Overall, I think this 4 stars hotel deserves a minimum 4.5 stars or better :D If we come back to Bulgaria, it's HVD Hotel again for sure!

Everything was exceptional. Nice, spacious room, clean, nice view of the pool. We were guests out of season, but still - food was fresh, tasty, staff was welcoming, nice, hospitality on point! Water in pool was really really cold, not sure if there are water heaters, but it was too cold for swimming.

Huge room, very clean, modern, great assortment of food and of high quality, friendly staff, center location. Probably my best stay in Sunny Beach and I am coming almost every weekend and switching hotels so this is indeed a great hotel. Will be coming here again and again. Nothing really

Ultra All Inclusive...what can I say more? A lot of diversity of food no matter that it is breakfast, lunch or dinner, also, you could drink anything you want all time inside of hotel or at pool. The room was super ok (a lot of storage spaces), coffee was very good, in a few words: everything was perfect! -

All the services they have to offer. Everything ultra all-inclusive. Even though it's a 4 stars hotel they do not offer you bathrobes for SPA.
