Good beach - clean water, not deep, well maintained. Helpful and friendly staff. A bit hard and uncomfortable mattress in the bed but not too bad.

Location closed to the beach with private area was good and convenient. The food and beverage was far below average for a 4-star hotel. Working staff was mostly polite, the management team rather uninterested and almost snobby. No parking possibilities, even not allowed to stop the car in front of the hotel for loading & unloading.

Great beautiful hotel, luxurious, clean, right on the beach, on the promenade. Amazing spacious room, double view. Big private beach, with a lot of sunbeds. Nice pool. - all staff speak very poor English and they all lack hospitality, friendliness, they don't know how to make you feel like a true guest, they don't smile, they look like they would avoid you if they could - very bad policy for beach towels - deposit of cash 30 leva/towel which they refund you at checkout. But, it's blocked cash, as a foreigner, what do you do with cash 100 leva on your last day? You need to exchange and lose on currency. Please, the hotel manager, rethink this policy, it's really bad - minibar is with money. I found this awful. No water during your stay. - overall food is medium, not bad, not great, but I have to admit I found at least one great dish for each meal - breakfast is exactly the same each day, you get tired of it, even placed on the same exact spots, no effort from their part - drinks, alcohol, juices are pretty bad - sports area is a joke, you need to pay for pingpong and pool table - no beach bar - parking is 20 leva/day, exactly near the hotel

Location, cleanliness, everything is excellent! Great animation team! Thank you Paco! The boys on the pool bar are super! This year also free sun beds on the beach! Nothing. May be I missed variety of fish for dinner compared to previous years.

The staff was very friendly, hotel and beach very clean, food was good, beach very close, always available sunbeds, good location of the hotel. The animation team could do better, I've seen more prepared teams in different hotels. The parking was 20 leva/day.

Very good looking and clean. Free sun beds on private beach. The food was excellent, they also had a healthy breakfast corner Clogged drain and they said that they provide packed breakfast for those who leave early and we did not receive it

Hotel was clean. Often changing bed and towels. Also free places at the beach (didnt expext that). Located in a good place, lots supermarkets around. Tasty food is a super plus. Lots things to choose from.

Large clean rooms and a decent pool. Beach access is just across the path in front of the hotel. Food was great for a buffet. Staff could have been a little friendlier. I felt the hotel catered for the German clients more than English. Minor issue as the stay was great.

The staff was very-very proffesional, and kind, friendly. The food was awesome. The room, and the hotel was well equipped, beautiful. The hotel is in the center of Sunny Beach.

The location on the beach. The staff was very friendly. No beach subbeds included. The jacuzzi tub was not heated and it had some tiles missing which looked in complete antithesis with the rest of the hotel.
