My room was on the last floor therefore i had a nice view of the city. Beach is close, and they have a towal service for those who forgot their towels.. Staff is always positive and helpful. Had to leave. See you next year!

Everthing is excellent, starting with the available facilities like indoor swiming pool playground for kids and finishing with the staff. All staff members very willing to solve any kind of problem. Big plus for the entertainment team. Not applicable

Excellent all-inclusive package and a great location, very close to a beautiful beach. Unfortunately, we visited at the end of September, so we couldn’t swim and the weather was quite unpredictable. That said, this was our choice of timing, not a fault of the hotel. The hotel itself is great, and we would love to return in the summer to fully enjoy the experience.

The location is perfect, close to everything. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We missed some plugs near the bed, more cheerful music on the pool area (always the same and some very sleepy/down ones), and the entertainment could vary more during the day. The night show on Saturday seemed like a school play with a lot of not well practiced small shows not connected to each other. But overall we had a good stay!

Me and my wife both got food poisoning from their food. And the coffee is actually the worst I have ever had. They only have instant coffee, the milk options are super sweet with no option to not put sugar in..

The food was great, no wait times and tons of choices. Pools are nice. The beach is quite far from the resort, you have to cross two streets to get to it and it’s in the second line on the beach, so you will never get front sea rows.

Everything was great - great location, a lot of events and games for kids, very good food and clean room and facilities. The staff was also very nice and helpful. The water in the large pools was pretty cold, my older daughter was shivering after 10 min in the pool. The kids pools were warm enough though.

Food was very good, it was different almost every day. The hotel has lots of restaurants and bars. The staff is very helpful and always smiling. Overall a very good experience. The pool was very crowded, you couldn't find a free sunbed. Also the water in the pool was very cold.

Everyone was eager to help with any question or request. The pools are great, lots of music, fun and children facilities. The hotel has a private beach located within 5 min walk, serving drinks, ice cream and panini sandwiches during day. I want to give special thanks to Dara from Reception A – she helped us a lot during our vacation, was very pleasant, and kind!

Food, location and facilities were terriffic. The soap for the showers was across the bathroom and not in the shower. It made cleaning up dangerous. Parking was not available on-site.
