Free parking Breakfast stuff unfriendly, watching over everything you put in your plate and commenting about us in bulgarian I asked for a coffee at 10:01 after having breakfast in the breakfast room, and they shouted at me that after 10 am the button for the coffee machine was switched off by the system and I should leave The guy in the parking lot was rude, and forcing us to come back at 11 pm as he wanted to leave earlier, than finally he told us to lift the barrier by hand. We paid for 2 rooms, while one room had defective AC and no cupboard inside. When we called and ask to change the rooms, the receptionist told us we are lucky to have a room with a seaview and she recommends we deal with it. There is no shower cabin so water is splashing everywhere. The gap between balconies was very wide and you could move freely between one balcony and the next one. When we left nobody said good bye.

Close to the beach clean, own parking placed Poor breakfast, the worst I have ever seen in any hotel. Very noisy,you can not sleep at night as uou geel.allthe night beeing in the middle of the party. Old fashioned. Furnitures boight probably 60 years ago

Staff are very freindly and helpful thanks to all of them and the owner Sofia is amazing person always work at the front disk help us in everything, great Location, rooms are nice, breakfast was tasty and fresh sure I ll come again????

Our stay here was amazing. The location is great, near restaurants, bars, shops, and it was a 3 minute walk to the beach. The hotel pool is beautiful and there are trees so there is always a part in the shade. The hotel is connected to a restaurant and bar. The beds were very comfortable and it was not loud at night in the room. The staff was extremely nice and friendly, we came a bit earlier and they let us check-in earlier as the room was ready. Wifi was a little spotty at times.

Price/value is amazing. There was a 0/24 reception, the staff was kind and smiling. The style of the hotel is very unique, I loved it. I came here with no expectations, but we had a great view from the balcony, we had a rich and good breakfast, a big pool, there wasn't a lot of people there. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the beach and center. I would come back here :) At night sounds can come inside, but I could sleep well. And when you have a shower, everything will be wet in the bathroom, but I still liked it and I already knew it :)

Hotel is exactly like the pictures. Staff is really kind, breakfast was everything one could need and the pool was really big and quite calm and quiet (in comparison to other hotels we saw extremely peaceful). Rooms were very clean but a bit outdated. Would totally recommend if you want an offordable but pleasant stay in Sunny Beach

Everything was perfect- staff were very hospitable, polite, helping and assisting , great food at the breakfast, clean, tidy and spacious room , good quality of the Wi Fi network. We had an excellent stay and will surely come back ! We liked everything !
