Hotel is relativly clean. Pool is OK, distance to the beach is good. Rooms were renewed in the last few years so it looks good. Beds are very very very hard. Like I wouldnt really call this a bed. I even took one of the mats from the beach lounger so can sleep. They have the absolut smalest TVs you can possibly imagine, honestly I didn't know they made them that small and I am an 80s Child... The door of the bathroom wouldnt close at all,not lock - close... Shower was broken but they fixed it quickly. Biggest problem from me was how unfair I was treated about the third room I booked. I booked 2 rooms for 6 nights over booking and one for 5 nights directly there. The Booking - software wouldnt allow me to do it. Anyway, I called asked about everything and about the Price - same as the other two per night - they said. Last day at check out they charged me 15+bgn more per night. It was stupid cause over the phone they dont pay any comission to booking. Apperantly I got a Promo over the system and the reservations made a mistake by telling me this... I dont know why I have to pay for the mistakes of their reservation Team... The hole thing about 75bgn... 33€- offensiv if you ask me... And I booked 3 rooms... Anyway it was a very disapointing end to our stay and left a bitter taste.

The location is perfect, 3-5 minutes walking from the beach. Supermarkets and shops nearby. Clean and tidy. Lovely place with separate bedroom and living room, and kitchen that has all that you need. Very lovely hosts!! The door of the bedroom doesn't close. The bathroom door also seems to be broken, but closes. No parking spaces in front. Otherwise everything else - no questions!

The cleaners were lovely the other staff were a bit rude The lift was awful the staff weren't helpful at all and a bit rude. The size of the apartment was great. There was supposed 2 be a continental breakfast every morning but when we went down there was nothing there!

the pool , the rooms is good the staff is so so so so baaaaad . if the staff is better trust me this hotel can make x4 profits min from what it is making now . the owner of the hotel is bad as hell and very bad behaved

We liked the pool and the location. The cleaning staff were very nice. The air conditioner was smelly should be well cleaned. The single bad was like a folding sun lounger even worse. The bathroom was also smelly and the toilett was leaking. At checking in I decided not paying nearly €100 for parking and reception girl wished me good luck finding a parking place and said if I don't find any I might not be able park at the hotel because it will be too late. The room was far from what we saw on pictures. We were placed on the outer side of the hotel and loud music was playing until midnight every day.

Nothing. I asked the host before I even leave for this trip what coffee machine is available in the property, I was advised that there is a drip coffee machine. When I reached there was a different one for which I was not bringing capsules on such a short stay there is no time to look around for shops to get what you need. The property is listed for 2 bedroom with queen bed and 2 sofa- beds, however, it has ONLY 1 Bedroom. When I asked the host I was told I can leave if I don't like it. There was only 1 toilet paper roll for 3 people for 3 days. The property offers only 2 covers for max occupancy of 4. I messaged hosed but did not receive an answer more than 12 hours later and still did not get what I asked

The staff are great and helpful, especially the reception lady. The pool area is overcrowded, and it is not fair that people are allowed to place their towels on sunbeds early in the morning and then not use them till the afternoon. The pool area has a lot of rubbish lying around.
