Location, weather , food and the hotel in general :) Poor customer service, hotel staff should speak better English and be polite and helpful and they were not. English polite frases should be used wher addressing quests at the hotel. The staff were arrogant, could not explain simple terms within the hotel and argued with customers: eg parking charges even after season ironing clothes only at the reception ( I was on the 7th floor), bar when closing customers were rudly pushed out the door...

The price / quality / comfort ratio was excellent. Best price for such location. The sea was at a 5 minutes walking distance. Big pools for children and adults. Food with plenty of choices. Moreover if you were still hungry between meals you could get French fries and pizza from the snack bar. Drinks also available. English speakers at the reception. Good communication. Even though we booked a double room we got upgraded to an apartment. That was sweet. The bathroom was checked and cleansed every day. Cable TV. Nice comfortable beds. Decent Wi-Fi. Beautiful garden view. Elevators worked the whole time. 1. Parking. It seemed that you should have some connections to get into the hotel's parking spot even if this was pretty small. At the time we arrived there were still some parking spots available. Nevertheless I was politely guided to a near private parking spot across the hotel. 20 Leva per day. I was able to pay in either EUR, Leva or RON. The young guy from the hotel who helped with the parking guiding was very helpful though. 2. As soon as I made a payment in full via booking I have received an automated private message via dedicated booking messaging channel confirming the booking reservation and that they are expecting us. BUT... Just a few days later, ON THE SAME MESSAGING CHANNEL, I have received a weird message telling me that my VISA card has not passed some verification thing and I need to make another payment and click a certain link... Later on my extra payment would be refunded. Otherwise my booking would be canceled... Of course I noticed that this is a SCAM. I have screenshots to prove it. I refused clicking any link and provided full payment proof. A few hours later I have received a different message on the SAME communication channel confirming that everything has been already paid, no issues and they are expecting us. My question is... What if I was not smart enough and clicked the link? Has the hotel's computer been hacked? Or booking? This could have ended in a very frustrating situation.

The room was fantastic and clear! The foods were very delecious, and a lot. The drinks were very good and enough!? The location is perfect. The pool was cold.

Large territory and pool. Good location: close to markets, shops, sea, amusement park and the main road (but no any noise on the territory). Own parking on the territory. Very testy and various food including soups and kids menu. Good coffee machines and assortment of drinks in the restaurant: juices, lemonades, sodas, beer, wines. Large terrace at the restaurant. Snack bar. Bars are open from the morning till the evening with good service. Great animation team with many daily activities + night show & disco. Clean rooms. The pool is open officially since 10 till 18 but nobody restrict you to use it any time. Friendly staff. Gym. Perfect for kids: about a half of the pool has around 50cm depth, playground on one side near the pool and kids club/room on the other side. Separate interesting animation events for kids. Badly washed dishes: many washed plates and cutlery are not really clean. As usual, WiFi is not good. Many sunbeds near the pool reserved by towels since evening, so it's problematic to find a good place even early morning. There is no tea for the lunch and dinner in the restaurant, so you have to take it on the bar. People without bracelets easily can come to the territory and walk there. Some glitches with elevators, when sometime they can take only 3 persons and it hardly to get it on top floors. The first hotel where I didn't get any greeting/small present for my birthday. Mismatch of check-in/out time with booking info: 15/11 in fact.

Very nice resort, clean rooms, great food, nice animations, nice staff.

The pool - big, clean and suitable for all ages. The food - delicious. The animators - friendly, they talk in English, always with a smile on their faces. The third floor gardens - awesome place to relax after dawn, even if the schedule was until 6pm. The cleaning service was discreet and safe. Being the first time there, the receptionist could have told us to move the cars so that we won't get any fine - we were paying for the parking (120 leva for 6 days) at the reception and, in 15 min, we got 35 leva fine to unblock the tyres. For the future: add a note in the reservation email what we have to do when we arrive at the location, where to park while we do the check-in formalities. Not everyone knows! It was really ugly to start a vacation like we did and I blame you for this because we told the receptionist where we parked exactly when we started talking. He didn't say anything. The bed's mattress was, for me, too hard. The topper for the sofa was too thin and my mom could feel the edges. The beds were noisy. Some of the employees, not very friendly. The unforseen extra costs - the sunbeds and umbrella on the beach are 10 leva each per day. The hotel doesn't have services on the beach (so, keep in mind that you have to buy snacks and drinks). For each toilet visit on the beach - 1 leva/person. Sunbeds at the pool occupied by towels early in the morning.
