Maybe the look of hotel An experience terrible, all my family and I got food poisoning with very bad symptoms The food was old if not simply expired, I’m trying to make a reclamation, it’s not possible for an ultra all incluse with so many people to risk with a food like this The same food was every day maybe that’s why, without any variety The stuff doesn’t speak English so well, nobody can help you with any information the fitness is also a bulshit, all machines are broke, is small and ineficient and hard to find I asked 3 persons to find where is it The scheduled for sauna only 2 hrs, without any interesting activities for kids, all the board games or any other type of joke only with extra cost

The good point here is the location , the private beach and the size of the room It happened that our Bathroom was not from the cleanest one… There are not signs at the buffet line if the food is spicy… unfriendly staff

Beer quality, drinks, in general. Dirty table covers, dirty plates in the clean stack, some old food (watermelons, food from previous meals), dirt, tissues all over the pool, dirty sunbeds, dirty elevators. Food is more or less the same, every day. Only in one day we had ribs, as a "special". We've stayed 4 days. The position of the hotel doesn't give sun in the morning, after 9:30 the sun comes on a part of the area, maybe that is why the pool is cold and not so many people go in the pool. The hotel beach is without a beach bar, the sun beds from the hotel are in the second part of the beach, not by the water. There is an independent beach bar, all paid (beer 6.5 leva, coffee 5 leva) It sure needs an upgrade in painting, carpets and furniture.

It was close to the beach Water in all of the swimming pools was ice cold, and nobody was using them! Food was not great. I had stomach problems from the first meal there! Bathroom facilities were poor for a 5 star hotel and were not so clean!

Absolutely nothing It was dirty. disgusting food they advertised ultra all inclusive false advertisement urine stains on both beds whole hotel really dirty needs a good clean paid for 2 nights as a birthday treat for my wife left after 2 hours this is NOT a 5 star hotel

The food is more than enough.They had a cheese wheel from where you could get pasta. The pools and the slides are great. The view from the 8th floor is amazing if you are lucky to get one of those rooms. I give the hotel a 10 to encourage them to take action against people misbehaving. Firstly, there are (small) kids unsupervised everywhere. You have to look around constantly, you don't know when a kid is gonna show up sprinting in your face at the restaurant, at the pool and in the lobby, parents should keep an eye on them! My cousin hit a kid and injured his lip while coming down the pool slide because of parents not being aware of where their kids are. There is a guy at the pool to tell people not to stay there but honestly he is overwhelmed.There are 2 identical small pools one where the slides are and one on the other side and for some reason parents let their kids in the one with the slides even though the kids don't actually use the slides. Secondly, people should learn how to clean after themselves. You can't eat sunflower seeds til midnight and expect someone to come clean the shells at least put them in a cup or something so they don't go everywhere. Thirdly, the floor around the pool is slippery and it is everywhere, it's normal to be that way but the fact that kids run constantly is a problem and guess what the parents do instead of telling the kids to stop they jump in the pool and not from the edge but from far away while running they could die if they hit their head but "they are adults they do what they want". Someone literally hit their head I don't know how but honestly they deserve a broken head! The fact that people leave towels on the sunbeds from the night before it's crazy. I recommend the hotel to take the towels if they are from the hotel or to throw them in the trash if they aren't. Another problem I saw was with a guest shouting at the bartenders because they didn't wanna serve him anymore because they closed and put everything away. The bartenders were smart and just left him complaining alone. ? for the workers!

Great location, nice staff, great animation team to make your stay and that of the kids fun. Food and drinks were available all through, from the restaurant to the snack bar to the lobby bar . water at the pool was extremly cold

The entertainment for the kids was what the kids liked . Food wasn't what expected..Breakfast every morning one and same.Scrumble eggs,bacon,sausages,croissants and cheese ,salads.No traditional Bulgarian banitza,no pancakes for kids.Just one bread toaster was working and had to wait long time for it.Lunch and dinner was ok but mostly meat and less staff for the kids.Spagetti and pizza tastes. Disappointed and had to take my kids to have pancakes and other food outside sometimes. Otherwise room was clean
