Hotel Laguna Park & Aqua Club

פארק המים והבריכות היו אחלה, מי שהילדים שלו עולים ויורדים כל היום זה מתאים בשבילו. בגדול זה הפלוס הכי רציני במלון הזה. כל השאר בינוני. ההופעות בערב היו אחלה גם כן. בגדול - מי שלא ממש מנצל את פארק המים עדיף לקחת מלון בחצי מחיר ואף פחות עם ארוחת בוקר ובריכה ולאכול בחוץ (האוכל גם ככה לא משהו ודי חוזר על עצמו) וללכת יום אחד לפארק המים הגדול שיש בסאני ביץ שהוא הרבה יותר גדול מזה של המלון. אצלנו הילדים עלו למתקנים אבל לא היו סביב זה כל היום ככה שזה לא ממש הצדיק את המחיר הגבוה של המלון. בדיעבד זה מה שהייתי עושה. הכל כלול ברמה בינונית מינוס. אומנם מגוון רחב של אוכל אבל לא כל כך טעים. לא יוצאים רעבים ותמיד אפשר לשבוע, אבל בגודל האוכל לא משהו. תחזוקת המלון והחדרים ברמה נמוכה מאוד. אומנם מנקים כל יום והמלון נקי יחסית, אבל המיטות לא נוחות כל כך, המזגן עובד בקושי (לנו היה מזג אוויר נעים יחסית אז לא היה נורא אבל בימים של חום קיצוני יותר זה לא יהיה נעים), המים במקלחת בזרם חלש מאוד וגם כל רגע משתנים מחמים בצורה קיצוני לקפואים וממש מבאס להתקלח ככה וכל רגע לכוון את המים. היה גם ריח ממש רע בחדר אז ביקשנו לעבור, וגם בחדר החדש היה ריח של עובש במקלחת (הלך ודעך אחרי שהשארנו את הונטה פתוחה כל השהות שלנו שם)

The hotel is perfect for children. The location is pretty good. The staff is nice. They are very clean their room that I booked was a family suite and it was very spacious and clean. The best thing about this hotel is the the pool and the slides for the kids, especially for small children. I would recommend this hotel for that reason. I really didn’t like the food. It was very much the same every day we’ve been there for a week it’s it varies but not that much. It’s mostly pizza hamburgers sausages, salads, but it’s the same every day. They don’t change it much and this is a low quality food desserts are pretty much the same It’s more of a quantity versus quality. I also find it very annoying that they have another entrance to the hotel at back entrance and it was very hard that it was closed off, even though there was a gate there and there was a place for a guard to sit there instead, they put two guards in front And when you were walking around and with kids, it’s very hard to do the entire around the hotel to get into the primary entrance, it was really really frustrating. Other than that. It was a pretty good experience.

Very bad parking. If you arrive before checkin time they try to extra charge you and cops will immediately fine you for parking in front of the hotel. We literally left the car for 2 minutes so i can go inside and talk to the receptionist and they blocked our wheels and asked us for 23 euro.

- Terrible internet connection. - in 5 days I had to ask reception twice for shampoo becuse they did not refill - The kitchen was not clean at all, we had to check plates and cutlery one by one to find a clean one. There were spiders in the lighting, the door of the kitchen was like being somehwere outside not cleaned for years. - The staf was rude. - I paid for 5 days and I was allowed to have only 4 lunches because first day checkin was after lunch time and the last day checkout was before lunch time so they didn't allow me to have lunch. They ordered me to go outside or they will call security.

This hotel was very nice. My staying was with the 8y.o. kid. There are many reasons why: 1. The main outside swiming pool was heated a little. Very good for everybody :) 2. Food in there was really amaaaaazing! 11 of 10. Variety of fresh, really good looking and beautiful taste. Mexican food dinners, chinese food, and so on, whole week different tastes. So for this point just PERFECT. 3. Room cleaning every day on the same time, also perfect. 4. The animation-good! Not so much through the day. But in the evening singing, different Circus shows. For kids nice. 5. Distance from the beach- not so far, but 5 min walk. 6. Slides was fun, was working 10-17 h. everyday. But it was really enough of that. 7. My kids says he wants more days here. :) I think about the hotel there was no big cons. :)

+ Good water slides at the hotel. + Very spacious rooms. + Food was very abundant at the buffet. - Reception staff is not very welcoming and knowledgeable - Rooms are large, but quite uncomfortable, furniture and style are worn out (e.g. holes in the sofa from wear and tear) - Abundance of quantity of food at the buffet is compensated by quite low quality & taste (slightly better than fast food) - Guests are from very different social classes (e.g. most guests from Britain were very low socio-demographic class) that correlated with excessive consumption of free alcohol, intoxication and violent behaviour. In the evening the lobby felt very unsafe to stay in or even pass through with small kids - General cleanliness is very subpar - lots of dirt around, very low upkeep standards - The gym is in terrible condition (not suitable for any serious exercise) and is charged extra 10 EUR per visit - Overall area around resembles Pattaya with low level bars, karaoke, knock-off shops

Absolutely love the hotel,location and especially the food ???. I will definitely recommend to my friends. Our son is autistic and he really enjoyed the aqua park of the hotel and the ice cream ? Thank you ?? Nothing bad to say!
