Sun Palace Hotel - All Inclusive

The property is located in the town centre..They keep the hotel clean and tidy, we had clean towels everyday, rubbish removed and room tidied everyday also.We found if you smile and are pleasant to the staff they are pleasant back, we were the only English in the hotel but they communicated well with us, we were the only ones who had cushions on the sun loungers, they entertainment team especially Vladl went out of his way to chat with us. Enjoyed our stay..The drinks were basic but plentiful. The only qualm we had was the temperature off the food, but most places in Bulgaria don’t serve their food piping hot.

Location , food was ok ,it was choice of lots of things ,something for everyone . The hotel on check in .. 1st - lady was quite rude 2nd- opening the room ,room was dirty ,not cleaned ,air con not working even tho we told staff but they still didn't fix it. 3rd - the room wasn't cleaned for all our stay 4th - we asked staff few directional questions but they seemed they didn't care to help or answer at all 5th - toilet wasn't cleaned , after taking a shower my feet was literally black on stepping on the floor. The hotel is far from 3 star , would give it 1 at best...

Great location, friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of food and drinks to choose from. No complaints.

Hard to think of something that we liked. Location to the main strip and beach. Awful. This is NOT a 4 star hotel! No free parking on site, misleading on booking.com. No free use of a safe. Everything was an extra charge even pool tables etc. All staff are not friendly, hard to get a smile from them, I was told to leave the breakfast room whilst still eating dead in 10:00 and told I couldn’t take any food or drink with me. Very rude. The room was disgusting! I had a towel that had makeup on it and stains, bed sheets had stains, the floor had been mopped but not hoovered, stains and sticky marks on all surfaces and the floor which you could clearly see that were not cleaned throughout our stay, toilet had hard poo on it from previous guests, mirrors were dirty, sand in the sink from previous guests yellow water in the toilet scrubber holder, the shower floor was so slippery it was dangerous which means residue was left from soap etc which had not been cleaned. For a four star hotel you would expect refilled shampoo and shower gel etc, but you get two tiny bottles. Had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper twice because they did not clean our rooms. The coffee was not drinkable, the breakfast; i survived on horrible beans. It was all disgusting. Lunch and dinner were slightly better, but not by much, same food every day, alot of it was burned. For the all inclusive the drinks are the cheapest type available and was horrible. WiFi didn’t work well. Place was extremely run down.

Location was nice Hotel was very dirty, especially the restaurant, for each meal we had to ask for cutlery, plates, coffee cups, no soft drinks worth mentioning, water refilled from the tap and mounted to water fountain
