Asteria Family Sunny Beach

Very nice and helpful staff, every day room cleaning, food was with very good quality and the taste was exceptional. Definitely a place suitable for families. Children were super happy with the animation team and the facilities. Would be happy to attend it next year again.

I liked everything, except was some noisy at night from center square.

The location is great, very close to the sea and the main city walking shopping area full of life during night time. The staff looks after the guests, big thank you to the whole team. Nice garden with different kinds of flowers, threes, green grass, two swimming pools in the garden with the Snack and Living bars close by. The rooms are spacious, the food is different every day, they have thematic nights at the main restaurant, animation has different shows every day both interesting for adults and kids. Small to average refurbishment of the rooms can definitely help for the guests to feel even better during their stay. The lunch in the main restaurant is light and slightly to the weak side, however I can understand why, the Snack bar is opened at the same time also for lunch so you can choose between the two, so the Snack bar sorts of compensates, however it could be improved as well for better experience for the guests.

"I had a mixed experience during my 6-night stay. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly, the room was spacious, the beach was nice, and the pool area was good, snak bar food is delicious, expectially pizza.And it was nice when they made compliment on my birthday. However, the room clearly needs renovation. The bed was very uncomfortable, the linens were worn, the furniture was old, and the bathroom was outdated – I could hardly take a proper shower. The food was plentiful but only average in quality, and breakfast was the same every day. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, the yard was small, and the beach was about a 6–7 minute walk away. For all this, I found the nightly rate to be overpriced. Unfortunately, I would not return ever this hotel"

Ice cream cheap, drinks cheap, not 4 but 2 star maximum, beach beds far away from the water have to walk on the hot sand very uncomfortable, changing towels every 3 days what, seriously? Food cheap.

Liked the hotel overall, swimming pools very nice garden, beach, all.

The sea. This is a SCAM hotel, with extremely high prices, it is a FAKE 4 star, it has to be 2, maximum 3. The rooms are outdated. We stayed here before 2022 when it was Zornica Residence it was 3 stars, and in 2022 i saw they changed the name to Asteria and all of the sudden it is a 4 star, when the did not invest even 1 euro to change anything. Everything is the same like 2021, who allows this SCAM to exist?? Rooms are outdated, curtains have holes, armchairs are dirty and old, the smell is horrendous. The prices are so high it is a rip off, they scam all their guests. The staff uniforms are so cheap, it looks like they are from 2021, who knows how they lie to the staff also and I can understand why waiters and reception staff look miserable. The food is the same every day, lunch is so cheap that its a joke! Some Italian, Turkish, Asian and Italian nights, but they also look so cheap, the sushi is so cheap made from cheap small fish, no tuna, no smoked salmon. No beef, no prawns, no at least average priced dishes to compensate for the extremely high prices. SCAM, it seems like they cut their cost and still boost the prices soo high, it is ridiculous, how these people sleep at night? The service at the restaurant is awful, missing spoons for the soup and sauces, most of the plates are dirty or wet on top and bottom, dirty knives and spoons. Asteria in Turkey is so much different, Asteria owners should be ashamed of themselves to allow this to happen to their brand!!! They must change everything immediately. Poor reputation for the brand Asteria!

Overprized, not maximum than 3 stars, everything is poor quality, low quality, but high prices, smells like an elaborated scam scheme. The ratings in google and booking are way to high, looks like they are totally manipulated, do not get fooled by the well made marketing photos, nothing like the place in reality poor quality. All guests be aware of this misleading ratings and high prices do not reflect the reality.

Parking is a challenge in peak season, hotel places are limited and no reservation available. The room types are divided in separate buildings (suites and twin/double rooms). Keep in mind when reserving for larger (mixed) groups.

The best part was the food. It was great everytime. The pool is great. Nice spot for a family with kids, strongly recommemd it. Probably it met 4 stars expectation 10 years ago when the complex was built, but obliviously no money invested ever since. Great pool, pretty good bar, nice private beach. Far less parking spots than needed (expensive parking fee on the private parking outside the complex). It definetly need investment. You need to pay to play billiard, 2 ps4 but one has both controllers damaged.

The lunch food was lacking in terms on quantity and quality.

Not a bad selection of food, you can always find something to eat The hotel has a private beach a 2-minute walk away. The entertainment team does an excellent job. Our room had an air conditioning problem. The air conditioner simply didn't work (Won't turn on) The motor in the outdoor unit did not start. No matter how much I complained, explaining that it was impossible to stay in the room in 34 degrees, nothing helped, We encountered a complete lack of interest from the reception desk. Couple of times they sent maintenance people to lower and raise fuses in the electrical panel as if that would help. We had to spend most of our vacation outside the room because it was impossible to be in it. At night it was simply a nightmare, the kids could not sleep there because of the heat. I asked to change room but was refused because they claimed there were no rooms available. I was promised that a manager named "Shishman" would contact me to find a solution, but of course that didn't happen either. Finally on the night of our departure (after 4 days) they finally sent a crew with a new air condition engine. For us it was too late our vacation was ruined. 4 whole days without air conditioning in the peak of summer. The maintenance situation in the rooms is poor. There was not a single electrical pocket properly connected to the wall, all of them were outside with exposed cables - in a hotel that calls itself a family hotel and hosts small children in these rooms. The hot water is only enough for 2 people in the family room designed for 4. And this is after each person has a short shower of 2-3 minutes. Then you have to wait about an hour and a half until two others can shower. The volume of the water heater is not suitable for the number of guests.

Food was not good Also it is not a good value for momey at all. For same price you can get a lot better (food, location, rooms, free parking, children activities, shows) at other hotels

The food was not good at all. There was plenty of food but nothing to eat. That's how we felt. Pool chairs were all taken by 8 30 am in the morning. People would reserve them way in advance. Even tho there are plenty of signs not to reserve chairs.

Very good

Great except for the first night, when we asked to be moved, the noise was horrendous from the live music. Noise from local music bars.
