Staff mostly friendly Spring uncomfortable beds Worn carpets No coat hangers but had a wardrobe Food always cold Food sometimes nice. End of season breakfast same every day. Uncooked scrambled egg. Runny. Cold Beer tasted more like soda. No juice allowed at breakfast untill 10am when bar opens. No good for children at breakfasts that want orange or apple juice. Only coffee, tea and water availability untill 10am. Door handle and lock didn't work in bathroom. Sharing a 2 bed apart not being able to lock or close the door wasn't good. Had to put a stool against door to keep ot closed

Very nice staff, trying to help in any problem. Fine,delicious meals. I can't mention anything.

Big family room, quiet area (further from pubs and clubs), polite stuff-even at the end of the season, when they all must be tired. Good food and cold beer. Hotel is a bit dated and some elements need o be fixed/replaced. Balcony doors were problematic to close, moldy bathroom, old carpets. Drinks and coffee served only in paper/plastic cups. Anyway we are happy from our stay. It was the best offer for all-inclusive in that area.

Avoid at all cost!!! Meals were full of oil and all the drinks very sugary. The initial room we got was super smelly, bathroom had a strange smell of mold, towels were dirty. Floor carpets are full of stains and really unpleasant. Showers are not working properly.

Close to the beach, swimming pool facilities, nice personnel! The hotel has a parking lot which helps a lot if you travel with your own car. Very spacious apartment with lots of beds and comfy couch. The apartment has only one bathroom ( not enough for a big family } and no refrigerator. The personnel does not speak english well but we managed to understand each other.. Breakfast - good but every day almost same dishes.

The hotel had decent rooms worth not too bad furniture The food was shocking! No choices, same food different say. Staff did not steal English or Bulgarian.

Marvelous staff, whom entire time tried their best to make you feel welcome. Catering excellent, well mixed. Nothing to complain about
