Effect Grand Victoria Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

We enjoyed so much our stay in the hotel. Rooms are clean, staff is so kind and smiley. The pool is so clean. Big variety of delicious food. The location of the hotel is perfect. The music around is so good and entertainment team make sure everyone is having fun (kids and adults). We would love to visit again We liked everything! But only one thing, there are less sunbeds

Service, cleanliness and food

the beach was nearby, they have a bar with unlimited drinks included in the price, they have a GYM where you can work multiple muscle groups My rooms were never vacuumed even once, I didn't find any snack bars, I slept on a sofa bed that was very uncomfortable, Only 3 buttons on the TV remote worked, I found a big black cockroach on the balcony, The AC was very weak in the room and it was very hot at the reception and in the hallways, There was no ventilation in either the bathroom or the room and the balcony door had to be opened after using the shower or toilet and this brought more heat into the room, there was only one roll of toilet paper even though there were 3 of us in the hotel room, access to dinner in the hotel restaurant could not be done in beach flip flops and I was not informed about this in advance, moreover access to any table could not be done with a swimsuit, we didn't have sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach on Sunday even though they were included in the price, At the table several times there were no glasses left or certain dishes were already deployed, I put my plate with food on a table and when I came back with the drink my plate was no longer on the table and there were other people sitting at that table, Once I wanted to pour myself a juice and only water came out of the machine, a few times I wanted coffee and there was none, some hotel employees smelled strongly of sweat.

The food - the turkish style from the restaurant with a lot of variety to choose from, with daily different theme, plenty of delicious food - the chef gace us details about the restaurant concept and the food The staff - friendly, always eager to help, no one rushed us The sunbeds could be more confortable, they are from plastic and too stiff The AC was strange, and weren't able to understand how exactly works The liquid soup recipient from the bathroom was broken

People occupying the pool seats with towels since 6 in the morning and staff didnt do anything about it

Staff was great. Very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast and dinner were good, lots of choices. We did not have lunch buffet, as we spent that time on the beach. The music on the poolside was too loud and monotonous.

Everything was terrific! The food was delicious and plentiful, the staff was friendly and hard working, the room was clean and comfortable and the location was fantastic, very nice beach. Overall great value, highly recommended. Little things like lack of shampoo and conditioner, coffee in main restaurant wasn't available at lunch and dinner, pool area not too big and water was chilly

Location only!!!! Overcrowded bars areas. One bartender to deal with so many people. Waiting times- at least 20 minutes for a beer. Main restaurant area: Small area to accommodate so many people. OVERCROWDED .Napkins- is “a treasure “ to find! Food-2 of 10!!!. “ Recycling “ soups- left overs from previous meals. Pool area- UNSAFEST PLACE ON EARTH!!!!Any moment children can fall in the water!!!

Nesr to the beach, many options of food, clean rooms To book umbrella and chairs on the beach you need to wake up at 6AM to reserve it due to limited capacity

Location was excellent, beds were very comfortable, the buffet was ok on the normal days, the “event” days were excellent. Themed restaurants were stellar, highlight of our trip, we tried the Italian and sushi restaurants, both were excellent and the atmosphere was very nice. Cocktails from the bars were also good. We kept having trouble breathing and being stuffed up, we thought it was allergies to something. We noticed on the last night that there was mold in the AC vent, so we turned it off and it got slightly better. It was a little hard to communicate with the cleaning ladies, none spoke English, but this is a minor complaint, we figured it out and they were very helpful and nice

The location was amazing, very close to the sea and had a great view from our room. The variety of food was incredible and delicious! The staff ( from outside bar and reception) was kind, friendly and helpful. The management team , also, creative, regarding my wife’s birthday! We did enjoy our holiday and we’ll definitely return next year.

an excellent mini vacation! let me start with the fact that we felt amazing, the food is good, you have a lot to choose from, the drink is the same, it's practically on the beach, they also have sunbeds we arrived at 12 o'clock, we went to eat at 12:30 and at 1 o'clock we were in the room even though we had to check in at 3 o'clock, the whole team from the reception to the cleaning was great, it definitely deserves a 10! but if you want to look for reasons, you will find them! I've been in 5-star hotels and I didn't feel so good? I will definitely come back with all my family and friends! and you do a wonderful job! good luck in everything you do!! and another nice thing, I received a room with a view of the sea and I had reserved a room with a view of the park! still note 10! Nu există !
